Great power station

Did not recieve double voltage hub, customer service not helping at all. Now item is $500 less than when I purchased it. Would like to try and use this but they want me to reship the whole thing, so it's still in the box!

Received EcoFlow Delta Pro along with 2 400W solar panels.  Everith arrive in great shape and working in super fashion.  Overall Im very happy with the quality and simplicity of the power station.  I plan to build off of the unit.  My only concern are how the solar solar panels and the bag=stand does not quite provide enough support for the large panels and they want to fold in the middle causing them to not be flat.  I wish EcoFlow would create a small bar up top of the panels to brace where they want to fold in the middle.  Super job EcoFlow.  9.5 out of 10 stars
