This is a really nice patio set that feels stable and sturdy but light enough for one person to move and adjust around a patio. The cushions are fairly plush and comfortable as well. The "polywood" has a nice texture and is pleasant to sit in and set things on with a wood aesthetic but the durability of tough plastic.

I love the material this set is made out of. It looks strongly weather resistant and less prone to scratches. The cushions are firm yet comfortable and are able to be removed for easier cleaning. The black and grey color scheme give it a classic look that I personally love.

Glad I purchased it. I was skeptical at first because of the reviews, but so glad I didn't listen to them. Yes, it takes a bit to ship and it comes in numerous packages but i think the quality of this couch set is great. It's very heavy duty so after you get it put together you will need assistance with moving it around.

The chairs and sofa are very comfortable to sit in. The black furniture and gray cushions looks great together. I really like the material of this furniture. It feels very durable.

This set is nice. The chairs and couch are cozy. I don't like the size of the table I think it should be a little bigger. Everything seem very sturdy and seem it will last . Seem it would make it though a storm without blowing over. The only thing I don't like is that with this ploywood get hot outside it will burn you if you touch it. The cushions are pretty cozy pretty comfortable to sit on.

I love the composite material this is made of. I wouldn't worry about fading or breaking down. The back cushions are very nice and supportive. The table feels small for the size of the sofa. The biggest negative is the seat cushions. For the price point, they feel a little lacking and I'm not sure they will hold up well. Overall it's a nice set and would seat five comfortably on my deck.

We love the look of the set. Easy to assemble, but the sofa is a bit of a chore to put together due to the size and weight. Our only issue is the availability of replacement cushions. The Sunbrella Canvas Flax don't seem to be offered through Polywood.

Wasn’t delivered on the day that it was said been waiting 3 to 4 weeks talk to AI and I was told that I’ll get an email still haven’t received an email called AI back. AI said I would get an email still haven’t received an email been a longtime customer with Sam’s and this is getting frustrating.

I was told when ordering over $5,000 THREE weeks ago in furniture that it was going to deliver today which is why we ordered from Sam's instead of the Great Escape because it would deliver before an event we are hosting this weekend. I took off work today, only to have to call customer service asking when it would deliver. Customer service was trying to get me off the phone saying they'll email me in 24 hours with zero answers. After expressing my frustrations only then did they try to contact the vendor via telephone which said it's not even leaving their facility until the 20th! So now I have an event with zero furniture Saturday, a used PTO day and I could have ordered from Great Escape and they could have delivered it the morning of my event. Still have zero idea when our furniture delivers and every form of written communication is AI and keeps disconnecting. Beyond frustrated is an understatement.
