[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely loveeee my washer , I’m a mom of 3 kids and my husband works construction/millwright work and between those 4 I usually buy a new washer once every 2 years !!!!! This one has lasted 3 so far and still works as the first day !!!!! Not to mention the space , looking on the outside you’d never expect to hold as much ! And the features! Ahhhh just amazing ! I love this washer !

It’s also nice that Samsung tracks it’s products through the app so, for instance, when I’m watching TV on a Samsung screen, it will let me know once the cycle has ended so I can put the clothes in the dryer right away. The biggest issue we’ve had with the washer, however, is that it makes an incredibly loud noise when it’s in each cycle. The sound is so loud that it can be heard even with the door closed sometimes to the point where it’s difficult to hear other people when a cycle is ongoing. If it weren’t for the sound, I think the washer would be decent as it does what it’s supposed to do. I honestly haven’t used the AI features in this washer because I find it too complicated to figure out so I’m not too sure what to rate that. But in terms of size, it’s a pretty big washer so I appreciate how much we can fit into it for each cycle and that we can tailor the setting accordingly, but sometimes simpler is better. I think Samsung is great if you’re planning on staying within the eco-system for things like using the app and getting notifications across devices like I mentioned before. But if you’re looking for a standard washer that will get the job done, this one might be too complicated and tech-forward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity of this unit is perfect for bulky items such as bedding. Very efficient water usage. The ability to monitor and control the unit remotely via WiFi has been surprisingly useful. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a large capacity, ultra efficient washer.

We've enjoyed it and the clothes are clean. The self cleaning diagnostic system and ability to be notified via my TV and smartphone for operations updates is very convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The speed and capacity were a huge selling point for us when we were looking for a new front load washer Samsung came to the rescue with their consistent quality and efficiency . Their delicate wash cycle is even gentle enough for Delicate items without worry of damage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the color of this washing machine as well as the AI capabilities. after almost 2 years of use, it works with no issues. Definitely cannot go without cleaning the detergent reservoir, as it does become very dirty after constant use of automatic detergent use. I've since switched to powered detergent and feel that it works much better. I've also learned not to over fill the washing machine. the drum is large, but less is more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is a one of the best purchases I could have made for my home. It leaves even the dirtiest of clothes looking brand new. What makes it even better is that the machine barely makes any noise any noise or vibration. Thanks to the smart sensing feature it can adapt to any capacity without loosing speed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The drum of the washer fits a lot of stuff, making it easy for washing large items and large loads. I will say some of the cycles take longer than stated but that barely matters to me. Great washer that makes my clothes consistently feel clean without feeling like I'm ruining them!
