[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow she’s a beauty 🤩. So many options to choose from but in time I’m sure I’ll just figure out my few preferred settings and that will be that. Very quiet and really does a great job. I’m very impressed with the patient customer service person who walked us through all the technical stuff. We bought the dryer and connector device as well. Always have good luck with Samsung and LG products.

Leaks from soap dispenser, down the front, no info in manual about troubleshooting this issue. I have puddles in my laundry room, and the drips all originate at the soap dispenser. Samsung has made it impossible to get support online - it's all AI and robots now that put a user into endless circles of repetitive and unhelpful screens. Huge regret buying these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All the appliances in our new home were new Samsung. The controls on all of their appliances are difficult to read and operate. The sing-song alarms are horrific and must all be turned off but then you have no alerts at all. The washer controls have some controls that are lighted and some that are not like the start/pause control. Can't use in the dark but can't see in bright light.

I do find that I have to run it on a timed setting rather than the built in ones since it doesn’t always detect if my clothes are accurately dried. However, if it set it to timed dry, it always works perfectly. I would definitely get this again. It’s main benefits are that it’s huge, quiet, and beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung has knocked this one out of the park. I am in love my new washer and dryer. Not only they look sleek but they do an amazing job. They're quiet, efficient and very easy to use. The SpeedWash is my go to setting. Not only it saves energy but it does a great job. The dryer on the other hand is the quietest one I have ever owned. I don't even need to iron my clothes like I used to. You can keep track of your laundry thanks to the Smart things app- you can also start your wash or dry your clothes from it as well. This is an easy recommendation from me!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn’t have been more excited to be using this Samsung Dryer. From the looks to the functionality I couldn’t have asked for a better machine. It makes me wants to redo my entire laundry room. Amazing product and I couldn’t be happier with the functionality. I’m able to set quick drying mode, a mode for my sheets and so much more. It also leaves it wrinkle free. It connects to my TV and alerts me when it is done drying. It also makes a fun noise when it’s done drying and it puts a smile on my and my wife’s face. Kudos to Samsung on this great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] before trying my first load i played around with the menu and decided to add this washer to my smart things app. i connected seamlessly with no issues. the menu was clear and easy to understand and provides numerous options for different materials, soil levels etc. one feature was tested right away; during my first wash the unit was so quiet i used the option to turn on the light just to make sure it was actual washing, it was! my clothes came out clean as expected and i would definitely recommend this based off its performance and the added bonus of looking stylish as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer for its clean design and was very impressed by how well it washes. I have always been hesitant to purchase front loaders but am in love with how big of loads I can wash and it cleans them perfectly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my washer 2 weeks ago, and I only upgraded so I don’t have to take my bedding to the laundromat to wash every month. I am amazed at how this machine is quiet, washes my clothes and bedding with ease and the spin is so good the dry time has been reduced significantly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its been just one month now. So far so good. I have kids to this machine is perfect for heavy loads. I hope my new samsung washer last long. I haven’t used many features nor connected to dell phone.
