[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are family of 11 and I wanted something that can solve all our issues laundry and for drying. So I go this AI version of the washer and dryer it learns ans understand us what we're doing. They are really precise on cleaning and which is quick and at interferes with my and it interferes with my so that I know when it's cleaning hi it's scheduled then so that using little electricity I scheduled then so that using little electricity my time and have all our clothes and one time there is minimal interference required when they're cleaning. So far we love both of them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall pleased with the washer in the 3 years or so I have had it. Clothes always come clean and operation is quiet. Only complaint is interface. Touch buttons are hard to find when unit has been turned on as is practically invisible. As well as turning the unit on and starting the cycle you have to press just right and hold. Would prefer a more old school interface.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bespoke front load machine is very good features and heavy duty machine It has various washing modes very useful to wash different type of garments by simply selecting the wash type Also the machine is less noise and water efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has 5.3CF capacity. Smooth running. Excellent wash. AI is too good. So many settings you can select. Speed is really high but smooth and no sound. It drain water really good. So many features that you can select. Also you can set, run, stop etc using phone app. Precision in usage of washing liquid and softner is amazing. Much much better. Overall my wife is so happy and she really love this machine. I recommend whoever is going to buy a washing machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine works great and all the bells and whistles that includes top tier. I can do laundry and watch my podcast or listen to music. It tells me the weather while I’m folding my clothes so I can dress for the weather. I love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent wash quality, but the smart features take some getting used to. Overall, this is a solid, high-performing washing machine. It cleans clothes exceptionally well and looks great in the laundry room. The auto-dispensing detergent feature is a massive time-saver. My only minor complaint is that the AI dial interface can feel a bit overly complicated at first if you just want to do a quick, basic load without the machine trying to optimize everything for you. Also, the Wi-Fi connectivity took a couple of tries to set up. Once you get past the learning curve, it’s a great appliance, but it might be a bit much if you prefer traditional, simple buttons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really happy with my Samsung Bespoke front load washer—it cleans clothes very well and runs surprisingly fast, which is great for busy days. I also like its sleek, modern design. The huge capacity is another plus. The only downside is that during the spin cycle it can shake a lot and get pretty loud. Overall, it’s been a reliable and efficient machine I enjoy using.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have always been a Samsung fan! When my old Samsung washer needed to be replaced, Samsung was the only manufacturer I was willing to go with. We went with the new model, the AI version. The speed and efficiency are amazing! Plus, if you a front loader fan the door pops open when the cycle is done to prevent molding! The new AI interface takes a minute to learn because it is so high tech. We went with the biggest drum capacity, no more trips to the laundromat to wash big and bulky items. You can also preload the detergent so you don’t have to refill with each wash! Loving my purchase, no regrets!
