[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything I expected from an AI washer and more, like music and ability to control from my phone. Super quiet and efficiently cleans big loads quickly. Sturdy and capable to handle big loads of towels and bedding without the usual vibration of other models. Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washing machine has a great design and color and it fits well with the anesthetics. The speed is very fast in cleaning the clothes and it holds a good amount of 5.3cu which is roughly 2-3 big baskets of clothes. It automatically adjusts for the detergent and fabric softner and also adjusts the washing time. It can be remote controlled through the app with limited features. Cleaning the drum and filter is very easy

It’s also nice that Samsung tracks it’s products through the app so, for instance, when I’m watching TV on a Samsung screen, it will let me know once the cycle has ended so I can put the clothes in the dryer right away. The biggest issue we’ve had with the washer, however, is that it makes an incredibly loud noise when it’s in each cycle. The sound is so loud that it can be heard even with the door closed sometimes to the point where it’s difficult to hear other people when a cycle is ongoing. If it weren’t for the sound, I think the washer would be decent as it does what it’s supposed to do. I honestly haven’t used the AI features in this washer because I find it too complicated to figure out so I’m not too sure what to rate that. But in terms of size, it’s a pretty big washer so I appreciate how much we can fit into it for each cycle and that we can tailor the setting accordingly, but sometimes simpler is better. I think Samsung is great if you’re planning on staying within the eco-system for things like using the app and getting notifications across devices like I mentioned before. But if you’re looking for a standard washer that will get the job done, this one might be too complicated and tech-forward.

It offers a modern design, a spacious drum, and useful smart features through the SmartThings app. Wash cycles are fast, energy-efficient, and gentle on fabrics. While it's more expensive than basic models, the premium build quality and performance make it a worthwhile investment for most households.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my washer for over a year and it has been great! It has a large drum so I can wash a good amount of clothes. It washes quickly and efficiently unlike other washers I have had in the past. And I love that I can choose between so many different modes of washing so that I can have a precise wash for every load whether it be towels, bedding, or clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m in love with my washing machine! It fits up to a king sized comforter! It washes everything and makes my life easier! There are so many options for washing that I haven’t even got to yet! There is options for your phone to control your washer. The speed is in my opinion fast and precise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The drum of the washer fits a lot of stuff, making it easy for washing large items and large loads. I will say some of the cycles take longer than stated but that barely matters to me. Great washer that makes my clothes consistently feel clean without feeling like I’m ruining them!
