Chairs are great , easy to assemble . Just add legs . Only problem is hardware package was open and missing a bolt and washer . It’s like pulling teeth to get a replacement .

These chairs have a high end furniture store look, seem to be built well, and are fairly comfortable for the style. Very pleased with the quality and the price.

So I has this chair two months .. very roomy and comfy BUT it started tearing from the side. I thought about keeping it but after the money I spent for it and the tear was large right under the wood part under the arm, I decided to return it. The other factor in the return is I got 2 large splinters off the wood. Once when I was putting it together and another when I ran my hand to find the tear.

Gorgeous chair. Was prepared for it to be too firm out of the box, but was pleasantly surprised how comfortable it already is. The only reason for 4 stars is due to the trim wood color. It is much more orange based than grey oak like in the photo. The chair is so beautiful and perfect that we can overlook it. Fabric is soft with a lovely herringbone texture. Overall really pleased.

I purchased one "cream" chair and didn't even take it out of the box. I opened the packing a little to see the color and it is NOT a solid cream. It is a beigy-gray HERRINGBONE pattern. It should clearly state that it is herringbone and not the solid cream it suggests. In addition, when you call Sam's Club customer service to return it, they state they will be in touch with the vendor to set up the pick up for no charge. However, the vendor states they do NOT pick up merchandise. A kind Fed Ex driver put the box in our car and we had to return it to a store.

I bought 2 of these to go in a seating area in my master bedroom and they are so incredibly beautiful. Very high end looking and the quality of the fabric and wood is so well done. The slight herringbone detail on the fabric is slightly hard to see in the images but it gives the chairs so much richness and depth. Love them!!!
