I had a problem with the ac after about two months and had to replace it. Let me say this the Customer Service was Great (like the old days when companies cared about the customer).

Noise was an issue with window AC units in the past. My new Windmill is much quieter and for the same BTU’s as my previous air conditioners it seems to do a better job of cooling. I like it a lot!
