Bought one smaller and one bigger. The big one runs quietly and we like the way it distributes air. The smaller one is noisy, which surprised us. Is there anything we can do to mitigate the noise?

The 8k whisper tech is exactly as advertised. Easy to install, quietest ac we own, and very clean looking in the window. My only hope is that you start making through the wall units before my old one goes to the great beyond.

A/c made plenty of ice cold air but wouldn’t automatically turn off. Once I communicated with Windmill customer service, they sent a new replacement Free of charge . What more can u ask for ?!

This air conditioner blew me away (literally)! It blends in seamlessly with my space, is quite and compact, and truly produces incredibly cold air. Would recommend to anyone looking for a worthwhile purchase!

Great design and the unit is very quiet. Temperature readings not always accurate but you can compensate as needed. Great easy to use app for remote use as well.

I love how it looks, how easy it was to install and the attractive design both inside and outside the house. So far, it is keeping my living and dining rooms comfortably cool in this late summer heatwave in Los Angeles.

Super quiet. Easy to install. Keeps the bedroom chilly just as I like it. Well like purchase another one for the office to keep the dog and cat cool during the day.

The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it does not sit well in my window frame. I have old windows. I am pleased with how it cools, and it is quieter than other window units.
