Love the sound level! Looks nice and was easy enough to install. Doesn’t seem to cool as well as previous (loud) AC is way heavier than we thought it would be!

We love our Windmill AC. We actually purchased 2. They are great looking, easy to install and do the job. Also, Windmill Customer Service is fantastic!

The technology is first rate and its look far surpasses the ac’s we are all accustomed to having in our window. It’s efficiency is great compared to my old unit. A great buy.

My new windmill maintains whatever temp I set. The problem is it seems to add humidity to the room—a lot of humidity. The bed feels damp and there seems to be an odor of dirty Sox where there are no socks at all. What am I doing wrong?

Installation was super easy and not too bulky so felt safe installing in upstairs window. My only detractor from a 5 is that it is louder than expectations, so a good sleep is next to impossible when running.

This air conditioner is awesome! I love how customizable it is. Having both a cool option for constant air and eco one that just maintains is amazing. Plus its so easy to operate and install.

Bought the windmill AC with whisper tech and it does not whisper. It’s very loud as it turns on and on eco mode. The installation foam does not work at all as it’s too thin and the app is also very buggy

definitely needed an extra bracket and someone to assemble, but overall I love the unit and the ability to control via my phone. it’s aesthetically pleasing and does the job!
