It is all true. Easy to install, everything you need is in the box, instructions are clear, looks great, cools efficiently and is very, very quiet. Had a tiny issue and customer service was exceptional.

Installation was quick and easy, keeping eco mode on at low settings makes my room stay cool throughout the night. I love this AC it is a lean, mean, cooling machine.

I was very surprised to find that the Windmill AC with WhisperTech is extremely loud when the compressor is running. My cats are bothered by the sound. It is also very heavy, but I am sending it back nevertheless.

Great AC! Very quiet, stylish, and easy to install. Only issue I had was with the filter, which rattled noisily at first. I fixed this with some duct tape and now the unit is rattle-free.

Form and function, super quite and abundance of cold air. Looks great in window with the addition of supplied side panels. An air conditioner to be left in your window year round, even in New Hampshire with our cold winters.
