This is a fantastic product. Customer service is excellent. Our unit came damaged and was not cooling. Reached out to customer service and they sent a replacement immediately. My wife is pleased as it was one of her birthday gifts. Thank you

I love this ac. It was pretty easy to install so I was able to do it on my own. It also cools my room pretty quickly. The smartphone capabilities are also pretty cool. Only thing I could say is that it may not sit as flush in some older window types

Very easy to install. Blends in well with top notch cooling. Installed in a sunroom that gets sun most of the day. Has no problem maintaining desired temperature.

Just as advertised the Windmill has a robust build with refined styling. It's whisper quiet, easy to install, has intuitive integrated control technology with phone app as well as hand held control. Very happy with purchase.

Installation was quick and easy, keeping eco mode on at low settings makes my room stay cool throughout the night. I love this AC it is a lean, mean, cooling machine.

The machine is great, but the service has been incredible! When I had an issue, they gave me an entirely new unit. I would recommend them to anyone, and they definitely have my custom for life!

Love this unit! It was easy to install. It cools quickly and quietly. Sort of excited about my other a/c breaking so I can REPLACE IT with a Windmill …lol

We ordered two Windmill ACs for our downstairs. They did a great job of keeping our large area cool and were relatively quiet. Customer service is great and I look forward to using them next year.

The windmill is elegantly designed and not bulky like a lot of window air conditioners. My only complaints are a rattling sound from the fan and it’s not as quiet as I thought it would be.

Conditioner came in a very few days. Followed the installation instructions; the conditioner was up and running quickly. Very quiet, and is busy cooling our room!
