such a fantastic AC unit. Beautiful streamlined design, looks great in the window, not bulky, easy to install, quiet and cools soo much faster than the other window units I’ve tried in the past. 10/10 recommend!

It's so quiet that any noise it makes is noticeable. I have it in my bedroom and at night there is a rattle that I'm not able to locate the source of and it drives me nuts.

Delivery was on time. The unit runs great. I am especially happy with customer service handling an extra item I ordered which was not in my initial delivery. Customer service was awesome ty.

I bought the 12,0000 BTU for 500 sq foot space, I have had it for about two weeks. Its supposed to cool up to 550 sq feet, but the jury is still out on whether it delivers.

Our AC unit started to make strange sounds and upon contacting customer service, they promptly sent a new unit. Super pleased with how they handle the process. Satisfied with the AC unit overall. It’s great to have an AC that is not an eyesore.

Very easy to install. Blends in well with top notch cooling. Installed in a sunroom that gets sun most of the day. Has no problem maintaining desired temperature.

Had to have my son carry it upstairs. He said this isn’t heavy at all! Took 2 minutes if that to install and one to get WiFi hooked up. So far so good! Cools like a champ! Loving this for the price as well!!

Installation was much easier than other AC units with separate chassis. Very quiet and simple to operate. An attractive unit. Looking forward to a more comfortable summer.
