It was super easy to install, very clear instructions for someone who is spatially challenged like me. It runs quieter than my old ac and puts out high quality clean air. I also really love the eco setting! It's saved me so much energy and money already! If you're on the fence, buy this AC.

Easier to install than other brands despite the instructions saying it would take 45 minutes. My wife does not like light in the room at night and this air conditioner is perfect as their is very little light. The windmill air conditioner is quiet and that helps when trying to go to sleep. Best air conditioner we have ever purchased.

Very quiet, love that I can watch TV again while it is on. It feels more like having central air. Love the remote and the app to turn it on before I get home. Install was a little tricky as it didn't fully reach the bracket I had installed and I had to jimmy it with some wood.

Just received my air conditioner. It's actually the 1st AC unit I've ever owned, I've tried to stay away from air conditioning but it's just been too hot these days. So when I did research I wanted to find something that was quiet and had a nice look kind of unair conditioning looking if that makes sense. Even from when you receive it and see the packaging you know it's very different. I love it and I really love that I have it connected to my Alexa or I could use their app the app to turn it on or off at any time. Or set it up so that it will turn on automatically if it's a specific temperature in the room. It does say in the directions that you need 2 people to install it, so I ended up hiring a task rabbit which went very well but I will say after watching him him install it I think I probably could have installed it myself. It took him all of all of maybe 4 minutes to do it. He asked what brand it was because he said this was the easiest to install because of the way the install kit is prebuilt into the unit. He said he's going to buy one for himself!

We absolutely love this AC. We got the 10k unit and find it cools sufficiently better than our previous 10k unit. It's also so much quieter, to the point that we don't even know it's on. It fit perfectly in our window, and we had no problem with the installation. Our only complaint, if it could even be called that, is that there isn't a Celsius setting for those of us who didn't grow up in the States.

Love it! Quiet, effective, better looking from any player out there. Love that I can control it from afar, getting the house nice and cool before getting home. I chose the small size which is perfect for my studio apartment. Affordable and yet high quality.

I order two different AC which One was yours and Midea AC. The Midea was not for our window and to complicated to put it together .The air condition windmill is easy to put in easy to use but in case of things that happened to me with an E3 that show on the screen didn’t know what it was. it would be good to put some instructions in the box on what to do instead of emailing people in the middle of the night to find out how to fix the problem unfortunately they didn’t know and they replace mine with a new windmill air condition with the amount of BTU my room is only 10 x 12 and it should be really really cold but it’s not, So I just have to deal with it . Need to improve the coldest on the AC. If you do that you will have a great product. If you improve it.

As advertised, the air conditioner is easy to install and nice looking. Simple controls. Paired easily with iPhone. It was nice to have the option of not using the (well-designed) side panels. We put in a plexiglass panel instead to let in more light.

My son helped me install my new Windmill AC yesterday in my tiny cabin in the mountains. The setup was so easy, and the AC started cooling right away. I love the remote control feature. The cover I ordered also arrived and it is well made and will definitely provide that added style and insulation this winter.

It’s really got it all the design is so sleek and minimal. The wifi connectivity is amazing. The ability to switch on the ac as soon as you know you’re heading home to come home to a pre-cooled room is *chef’s kiss*. My task rabbit mentioned it was one of the easiest installations he’s ever done and will be recommending his friends. Only think I’ve been questioning is these sounds that’s comes out of it sometimes while running. It almost sounds like a full sized refrigerator is running (mind you I got the small 6000 BTU). Not sure if this is normal or if it was accidentally dropped during delivery. Other than that, this ac is like the iPhone of ac’s.
