I usually don’t write reviews but the customer service I experienced here was excellent! I purchased an AC unit through them and once I installed it, I realized it wasn’t blowing cold air. I contacted customer service and they had a new AC unit being shipped out the next day and even compensated me for the installation fee I had to pay for getting someone to come out and install it! And the new one works perfectly:) thank you!!

I have only had it in a few days but it’s AMAZING. My “old” AC (only 2 summers old) was driving me bananas. Loud and didn’t seem to cool the space it said it could - (also 8k BTU). As soon as I swapped them I noticed an IMMEDIATE difference. It cools so effectively and barely can tell its on! I got the whisper one since its in my bedroom. I am going to get another one for the second room. Some things are worth splurging for and this is one of them. Get this.

This AC is something else. Needed this for an office that gets poor HVAC circulation. The unit cools the office several degrees within a few minutes and keeps up with the computer equipment in the room as well. Install is super easy, much easier than with a typical unit. I was up and running within 5-10 minutes from box opening to unit turning on. The wifi feature is convenient to adjust temp when not at home. The compressor is also quiet and the eco mode seems to sip electricity while keeping a comfortable temperature. Price is worth it!

This air conditioner is everything our family needed. Due to my sons health issues we had to take out our old window ACs because they were having an effect on his lungs. Having no AC in Brooklyn for a family of five was becoming a huge problem. Discovering windmill air has been a lifesaver. We are able to maintain a comfortable temperature, with clean fresh air that does not compromise my sons health. It was also very easy installation, I did it myself in ten minutes all while taking care of 3 toddlers. Thank you windmill air!!

I ordered the AC through Wayfair, and it was making loud noises which I reported to windmill support. They helped me to figure out solutions, but after following some instructions it still made the same noise. They sent me a replacement and now I'm so happy!! No noise at all, I ran it first through the fan in high speed just in case and I have no issues at all.

LOVE this AC!! Also got the fan which is just as fabulous. Both are modern and easy to keep clean. That’s what I love best about the fan! We had a problem with delivery and the Windmill team was right on it, making sure we received our order promptly and safely. These guys are awesome!

The Windmill works really well and was SUPER easy install. I do wish that it was quieter when running. The advertisements really pushed how quiet it is and to me it sounds as loud as our other cheaper unit. I do like that I can turn it on using the app though! As a cat owner, it’s been comforting during these hot days that I can see the temperature and turn it on while I’m away.

I love our windmill! The design is so great. It shoots air stright up instead of out so it cools the room efficiently from the top down. I love being able to control it from the app and set automations for it to turn on and off. Our old unit used to leak on my neighbor's patio like crazy, and that hasn't been a problem so far, therefore saving us the annual strife of jerry-rigging some kind of drainage to a bulky AC.

I love my new Windmill AC, especially being able to check my apartment's temperature while I'm at work and adjust the thermostat remotely so things are cool by the time my young family gets home. Even after I had problems with a few things, the support team was absolutely incredible and super responsive to all my needs. I felt very well taken care of, and I'm so thrilled that I tried out this new company!

Original unit was functioning as "Fan" only. No change after troubleshooting. Windmill customer service was responsive and supportive. New replacement unit (no additional cost) now installed and fully operative. Something of a novelty in the year 2023 to have a company whose customer service is easy to access and who stands behind their product. Highly recommend.
