I've only had this product for about two weeks, but the next time I have any needs that can be met by Windmill, I will be purchasing them through Windmill exclusively. We initially had our package lost by the shipper and Windmill immediately fixed the situation free of charge - excellent customer service. On top of that, this product is my favorite air conditioner experience that I have had so far - from the opening of the package to the continued use of the AC unit, my experience with Windmill has been nothing less than an absolute pleasure.

I really needed a window air conditioner but to be honest, I hated the way the majority of them looked. This air conditioner wasn’t just super easy to install but it looks great. I was a little worried about if it would fit at first but sure enough it did. The machine itself is super quiet. I’m probably going to end up buying another one soon. 10/10

We ordered a new Windmill AC because the old unit we had needed replacing. We were looking for something more modern looking and definitely quieter. It is the quietest AC I have ever heard, at the beginning I had to go up to it to check it was on! It looks amazing, sleek and unassuming. Will be replacing my other unit soon and will get another one of these. So not hesitate to buy this, quality product and does exactly what it says on the box 9x quieter.

The Windmill unit is aesthetically designed inside as well as outside the window. The side panels operated smoothly and the insulating covers not only completed the design but fit snugly with no cutting or alterations. The learning curve for set up and operation of the Windmill is minimal to non-existent for those who fear setups. The unit cools effectively and quickly. The sound is a soothing hum not a vibration. It is sort of a “white noise” that you do not really notice except maybe when it reaches set temperature and turns off. I am pleased with my purchase including the very fair price for an outstanding product. Thank You!

I have never had an air conditioner delivered so well in my life! The packaging was superb. Like no other I have seen. The easiest install of an air conditioner ever! It cools so well! I can even adjust the settings through my app! If you’re on the fence about this, take my advice and buy one now!

My 6,000 BTU Windmill A/C was replaced by Windmill even though it was a couple of months out of warranty. It had an E2 error that, even though the unit blew plenty of cold air, I could only control it with the remote or Android app. Customer service was helpful in walking me through the troubleshooting process and when I was unable to clear the code, the said they would send a new unit. It arrived in a couple of days. THAT IS GOOD COMPANY SUPPORT. And while I was disappointed that the unit threw a code at all, I was thrilled at the positive company response. You won't get that with LG or GE. Nope.

My wife and I bought a 2nd Windmill, this time the newer (and smaller), 6,000 BTU model. Considering how well it works, how much nicer it looks in the room than our old (non Windmill) unit, and the ease of set-up, I'll never buy another company's AC unit again. Our reason for not getting a second (or third) unit was the size of the space/smaller window in a particular area, and now Windmill has solved that problem too by offering multiple outputs. In fact, we're looking into a third unit for a similar reason right now. No matter which you buy/your AC needs, we can't recommend Windmills enough!

We had a brand new windmill 10000 btu ac unit that suddenly stopped working and windmill staff tried to help us get the. Unit to work without success. They then got all of our information and sent new unit immediately., which was fantastic. The total time involved until we had the new unit was 1 week. Thanks David

Styling - excellent Ease of install - very good Quietest setting - extremely quiet Noise at high fan - quieter than a regular AC, but louder than you may expect App features/functions - great App setup - bad. First one has to get the correct app ,and if you set up the other app you can’t use same email.

The Windmill was very easy to install by myself(took less that a 1/2 hour). The design is nice and clean and it quickly cools my bedroom. The controller is simple to use and easily understandable. The unit is a tad bit noisier than I would have liked. But, overall, it is a keeper and I am pleased with it.
