I just received my new Windmill AC unit and since we're probably through with the heat here in Oregon (hopefully) I asked a friend to help me put it in my storage closet until next year. I'm hoping it will make a difference in my 1-bedroom apartment. I'll be happy to do a review next summer. I'm looking forward to the quiet it promises. Thanks for what you do.

Very quiet, love that I can watch TV again while it is on. It feels more like having central air. Love the remote and the app to turn it on before I get home. Install was a little tricky as it didn't fully reach the bracket I had installed and I had to jimmy it with some wood.

Tried troubleshooting with a technician for my gifted ac unit. The tech was very knowledgable and prompt. Told me what steps to take. turns out my unit needed to be replaced so they sent me a replacement in which I recieved days later. Very quick service and shipping. Highly recommend their customer service can't be beat!

My new Windmill AC is the best decision I made this summer. Aside from how good it looks, it was super easy to install and is quieter than my old unit. I’m impressed with how easy it is to reach customer service and how responsive they are in addressing any questions or concerns.

We had a slight problem with the first windmill ac after it was working well for a while. We contacted customer support and we went through a series of troubleshooting. We were not able to resolve the issue, so they sent out a replacement unit which is working great! Very friendly people trying very hard to resolve any issues. Awesome air conditioner as well. They are so quiet and cool down the room very well. I would definitely recommend Windmill to a friend!

My wife and I bought a 2nd Windmill, this time the newer (and smaller), 6,000 BTU model. Considering how well it works, how much nicer it looks in the room than our old (non Windmill) unit, and the ease of set-up, I'll never buy another company's AC unit again. Our reason for not getting a second (or third) unit was the size of the space/smaller window in a particular area, and now Windmill has solved that problem too by offering multiple outputs. In fact, we're looking into a third unit for a similar reason right now. No matter which you buy/your AC needs, we can't recommend Windmills enough!

I stayed at an Airbnb for 2 months that had the Windmill installed. As soon as we moved to our permanent place, I bought the same AC and it was a breeze. Installed it right away with zero to no effort, it runs nice, the wifi app works well. Super happy with the purchase!

Look, it works well, it’s aesthetically pleasing, but I find it hard to believe their marketing materials that claim it’s been re-engineered from the ground up. At least at the highest fan setting (and lowest temperature) it is as loud as any other window unit its size, at about 63-67 decibels depending on the app. Which makes it really overpriced. The only reason I’m not returning it is the logistical pain that would probably involve.

The windmill ac is quiet (whisper quiet!). It looks great and operates smoothly. I had a little trouble with the unit on delivery. The compressor was a little loud. So customer service helped replace it really quickly; it happened again, but they replaced it again and gave me some perks as a consolation. I’m confident the issue was in the shipment not the units itself, but the team at Windmill was super supportive and quick to help. Love the units we have and so happy at how quiet they are.

This air conditioner is everything our family needed. Due to my sons health issues we had to take out our old window ACs because they were having an effect on his lungs. Having no AC in Brooklyn for a family of five was becoming a huge problem. Discovering windmill air has been a lifesaver. We are able to maintain a comfortable temperature, with clean fresh air that does not compromise my sons health. It was also very easy installation, I did it myself in ten minutes all while taking care of 3 toddlers. Thank you windmill air!!
