Got the recommendation from my neighbors to get a Windmill AC. I purchased the 8 btu unit and so far it has been great cooling down a couple of rooms in my house. It runs quieter than many window AC units as well. Happy so far.Tad S

I am disappointed that it not as quite as I thought it would be. Installation was easy and instructions easy to follow. I'm not sure I would recommend it.

I am a fan! This is the third windmill unit I purchased for different rooms in different bldgs! I absolutely love the efficiency and how quiet they are.I purchased my first unit almost 5 years ago and it still works great!

It's a billion degrees fahrenheit currently, so we upgraded from the OG to the 12k beefy boy. Absolutely worth it. I can sleep without waking up in a makeshift swimming pool of sweat

Easy to install. Although an exact knife would be a better inclusion than scissors for the side covers. Quiet, easy to operate and does a great job cooling even on eco. Five stars from me!

The AC saved me money this year which was already great but it started to make an odd noise and I was sent a new one no questions asked. Just really great customer service all around.

Excellent product. The design is really intuitive. When we had an issue, customer service provided immediate help. That alone will make us a loyal customer.

Very easy to install and user friendly. I knocked off a star only because it vibrates a bit in the window but that may be the window itself. Put a few shims in and its much better.

Got this because it looked nicer than the other ones and I was right... so cute and the display isn’t those annoying *****. Kept me cool during the heatwave !! Big fan of this one!
