[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our sleep has been nothing short of incredible since receiving this mattress, while my partner is of average height, however I clock in at a height that rivals both sasquatch and probably about 1/3 the NBA. The size of this bed has allowed us to transition from flirting with a one-way trip onto the floor every night to having a literal no-man's land in-between us while we sleep, Tempur-Pedic should have given us free walkie-talkies so we could communicate across the now vast distance we have between each side of the bed, seriously there is so much space we don't even know what to do with it. The size alone isn't the best part but the material as well, I'm pretty sure I am clinically dead every time I lay down on this mattress and it's by some miracle of the universe that I wake up every morning to once again be a cog in the industrial machine. I'm pretty sure an airplane's jet engine could fly through a portal and crash through my house in the middle of the night and I still wouldn't wake up. On a serious note, this mattress is incredible and well worth what we paid for it, my girlfriend and I are sleeping much better and our doggo loves having a large place to sprawl out as we all watch Dune part II for the 47th time (and fall asleep halfway through).

We got our new mattress several weeks ago. My back pain went away immediately. I have been sleeping 10 X better and not waking up multiple times a night any more. Worth all the money. We got pillows too and also love them. Overall, very happy with the purchase

It took 5 weeks to get the bed. It's a real nice bed I haven't slept this good for a long time. The down side is that if I wake up in the middle of the night whatever part of my body is in contact with the mattress is hot and sweaty. It's no wonder why the charge a couple more thousand to get one of the cooling mattresses. Those are the reasons why i rated it a 3/5.

I will be a lifetime tempurpedic buyer, I'm not taking any chances with buying another brand

I’m extremely disappointed with my Tempur-Pedic bed. I specifically chose this mattress and adjustable base setup because it’s marketed as helping with comfort and sleep issues like sleep apnea, which was a major factor in my decision. After only four years of use, the mattress has significantly broken down in the middle—right where it’s most affected by being propped up on the adjustable frame. This is especially frustrating because the entire system is designed and promoted to be used this way. I used the bed exactly as intended, regularly adjusting the base to improve my sleep. Instead of holding up, the mattress has lost its structure and support in a very noticeable way, making it uncomfortable and undermining the very reason I invested in it. To make matters worse, my warranty claim was denied due to a sweat stain. This makes no sense, as the breakdown is not even in the same area as the stain—it’s in the section where the adjustable frame raises the mattress and where my body weight is concentrated. If the stain were truly the cause, the damage would be in that location, not in a completely different area. It feels like an excuse to avoid honoring the warranty rather than addressing a legitimate product failure. For a premium product that’s supposed to be durable and supportive—especially for people dealing with sleep issues—this kind of deterioration in such a short time is unacceptable. I expected far better quality and longevity. Based on my experience, I will never buy another product from this company. Don’t waste your money. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I like our new mattress. We are still getting used to it but it does seem to help our joints. I’m a little disappointed though because the mattress bounces every time husband moves. He has restless legs and we thought this mattress might help with motion. Sadly, it does not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a firm mattress but it's so soft. The mattress they sent me is one of the mattress customers returned. The mattress is not new!! I am so disappointed. I don't know how many customers had own it. Also, This mattress is not made for adjustable base. The mattress slides down when I lift it up. Now I am stuck with this bed that I don't like. Think carefully before making this investment.

I’ve owned the Tempur-pedic pro adapt for nearly 4 years now and I generally sleep in the guest bedroom because I find it uncomfortable compared to my Casper. I find the medium has become far too soft and unsupportive and uncomfortable on my back. Going back I wish it would have gone with a firmer model or perhaps a product which would’ve held up better. I reached out to Support and they informed me there’s nothing they can do for me at this point so pretty disappointing after making such a large investment.
