Hi Team, I wanted to see what the alternatives are since I have not been completely happy with my bed full transparency is I do have a back issue due to a random physical assault by a stranger and it is imperative to me and also my care team to find an overall great back support product. Can you help here ? Your part could be potentially harmful for my back so I'm hoping there is an alternative

I have been suffering from back pain for years and had back surgery 2 yrs ago. Before I got my new Tempur-Pedic Mattress I dreaded having to lay down on anything as they would only exacerbate my back pain and even after taking my pain meds I would be up all night in terrible pain. My husband and I had a popular brand 5 year old "hybrid" mattress. I began to wake up every morning with sore achy hips and back. I decided that the mattress was too firm for me. We went mattress shopping at a local furniture store. I had no intention of even looking at ANY foam mattresses. I had always heard that they were over-rated and slept "hot." The sales lady strongly suggested that I lay on a Tempur-pedic just to try it. I told her i wasn't interested, and proceeded to try out other brands, but didn't find one that I just loved, or that was soft enough for me. I normally toss and turn a lot at night because I can't get comfortable and I get really hot but this bed keeps me from sweating and I no longer wake up tossing and turning. I also have noticed that I don't have aches and pains when I wake up since I began sleeping on this bed, and I feel more rested. I really can't say enough good things about it. The Pro Adapt is the most comfortable mattress my husband and I have ever owned. It relieves all pressure points for a amazing night's sleep. I'm a side sleeper but with this mattress I have also been able to sleep on my back with no lower back pain! I have noticed I'm dreaming more so I'm in a deeper sleep than our old mattress. If you are considering this mattress, it will not disappoint! We're very happy with our purchase!

I spent 25 years in Army/Joint Special Operations and beat my body up over that whole time. Parachute jumps, combat tours, 100 pound rucksacks left their toll on my back.
