Like sleeping on "HOT CONCRETE".My entire body is in pain this morning. HOT too. "OMG" and I purchased the soft one. Soft means soft to me. Soft must mean "CONCRETE" to tempurpedic. Cool means cool to me. Cool obviously means "FIRE HOT" to tempurpedic. STUCK WITH THIS EXTREMELY OVER PRICED SLAB OF "HOT CONCRETE " !!!!!!!!!! I would not give it one star but that option isn't provided. This purchase has sickened me!!!!

The product has a gasing affect, that typically should be resolved in the 1st few days of use, but my gasing experience didn't happen until my 6 months of use. The problem was and is so bad that i had to call the fire department to check the air quality. The chemical irritant was there but it didn't register has carbon monoxide by the fire department. After i spoke with the customer service and care line. All they wanted to do was pass the buck by to the seller, ( Ashley's Homestore Furniture) denying that this is possible. After asking for an email address to forward my comments to the customer care agent, refused to give it. Only giving out business address 1000 Tempurpedic Way, Lexington, KY) to MAIL A LETTER to iin this technological world we live in, how pathetic was that. So my experience with Tempurpedic Ergo Queen Adjustable Base Product, SUCKS....I will NEVER EVER buy another TEMPURPEDIC product again.....

I've been a fan of Tempurpedic since 2004 and recently purchased my second mattress. I also use their pillows and they are wonderful. I get the best night's sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. The memory foam in this bed is so comforting I usually stay in one position and never move around the bed. PS ~ my yellow lab loves it, too!!

We got this California King sized mattress to replace a waterbed insert mattress that we had kept way past its expiration date! We expected an initial adjustment period. But from the 1st night, it felt great! It fit perfectly inside our waterbed frame, and was the perfect thickness to let us roll out of bed without landing on the hard sideboards of that frame. The only negative thing I can think to say about this mattress is that the "Law Tag" was nowhere I could find. And the website was of absolutely no help in pointing me to the right spot to look for it. That tag has the serial number of the mattress that the online registration process requires. I ended up calling customer support, and they registered my mattress without that S/N. Still, it would be helpful if the online registration function, knowing which mattress you are trying to register, could direct you to EXACTLY where the tag could be found. Another way to be helpful about this would be to encourage retail store delivery staff to show customers this tag so the S/N could be recorded BEFORE this heavy mattress gets put in its "final resting place". P.S. I'm not writing this review because it qualifies me for entry into a monthly prize drawing (Big deal ... I never win anything ;-) I'm writing it, hoping that someone will actually fix the online website as suggested above. While it is no longer an issue for me, it will continue to needlessly frustrate future customers. You're welcome!

It was time for a new bed. We had a 12inch memory foam and it was super worn in. We went into the store with open minds on different types of beds. We tried out several different types but ultimately still preferred medium/ soft beds. We tried out the medium hybrid bed with the bed frame that vibrates and lifts the bottom and top mattress. Absolutely love it and I wish we got a new one sooner. Sleep ten times better on it. It's not to soft and not to firm. I have bad shoulders and I'm a side sleeper, not once so I wake up in pain. It's definitely worth every penny.

I'm 54 and recently purchased my ProAdapt Firm mattress and adjustable base at the Novi Home show. This mattress is the best! I should have made the investment along time ago. It is the absolutely best sleep experience I've ever had. Just sitting in bed watching my new TV with the head raised is a blessing. It's like a staycation. The purchase included 2 pillows and a sheet set and extended warranty.

After owning a Split Cal King Temper Pedic bed for less than 5 years, the offered warranty of 10 years will not be honored. The requirements of measuring with a yard stick showing 3/4" indentation are not obtainable. My husband and I wake up in pain daily from the indentations of the split mattresses, they did not hold their original shape for even 5 years. You must show a quarter standing upright of the amount of gap on the bed. As bad as the mattress is with 1/4" gap showing, they will not honor the warranty. False advertising of this being high end, very expensive, bed that will last well beyond 10 years.

It did take some getting used to after spending years on a box spring mattress, and now spring mattresses make me feel like I am laying on a jello mold! Once I got used to it, I have slept great and have noticed fewer incidences of a kinked back when I wake up in the morning. Anyways, I would definitely recommend this mattress- the financing options definitely help make it worth the investment.

Now I can finally speak out of my own experience and yes, this is a fantastic mattress, because it contours your body in any position you sleep in. It supports every inch of it without giving you pressure points and without letting your body sink in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was very nervous purchasing this bed not only because of the price but the extreme firmness of the mattress. Most mattresses out there that call themselves firm really are not. I thought this one would be like sleeping on a rock, but it forms to your body enough to ease lower back pain, but you don't feel like you are sinking in. My husband has a lot of back pain and is in a physical job, and he was in love with this bed from night one. We both love it and hope to have it for many many years!
