After sleeping on a conventional pillow top mattress it only took three nights to adjust to the tempurpedic. I love the sinking in feeling when you get into bed. It really conforms to my body and doesn't transfer any movement from my spouse to wake me up. Best decision I have made...wish I would have bought this years ago.

It is a firm/medium feel. You can sleep close to the edge without falling off. My back pain is much less then before. But not totally gone. I have only been sleeping on it for about a month. The big question is, was it worth the money? If you have an extra $4,000 it would be fine. I wouldn't go into debt to get one.

The sides were finally getting very soft, I am now pregnant and began feeling more uncomfortable as each week passed. I had planned on getting the medium or medium-hybrid, but my husband and I went into a store to lay on them. We realized even the firm mattress had quite a bit of give once you laid down on it and that it seemed like the best option for us. We ordered online which was easy; the delivery company messaged us with a couple of delivery date/time frame options. They came in, took our old mattress, replaced it with the new one, and now we are on to better sleep! I am so comfortable on this mattress, can barely feel when my husband moves, and if it wasn't for our noisy cat I would be sleeping through the night. This is our 3rd mattress purchase - We bought our first two queen mattresses over 15 years ago and they are still great. Just bought a new home and needed a new mattress - king size. Not enough time to tell you about the AMAZING customer service I got from Hicks when I was placing my order in the middle of a pandemic - but he was THE most helpful, knowledgable, and very nice person I've ever talked to in a professional customer service call - ever! The delivery was held up, understandably, because of the virus, but when it finally was delivered, the delivery men were the best. Professional, friendly and efficient (also, under stress of the pandemic). And, finally, my review of the mattress - couldn't be better. Exactly what we wanted (I have many orthopedic issues from an accident that I had years ago) and just as comfortable as the Tempur-Pedic we have been using for years. This company, employees, and it's product are just the best - will always come back when I need anything sleep related :)

This was great for my lower back problem, which I no longer have. It is a high quality mattress with a high price, but really worth the money. This is my second one. I had my first one for 20 years. I should note that it was making my abs burn after laying on it for more that 8 hours straight. It was like doing a tiny crunch every time I moved. I move a lot when I sleep so I was getting quite a workout. After round a month my abs were used to it and were quite firm, and the morning burn went away. Maybe I'm the only one who experienced that, but the mattress is so comfortable and my wife loves it so much I decided to just live with it and take the workout while I was sleeping as a perk.

Our split king ProAdapt was our Christmas gift to ourselves in 2019. I was completely satisfied when it first arrived and I'm still sleeping soundly a year later. Also, I'm 300lbs and there hasn't been any change in the shape of the mattress at all. That's a first for me and makes the investment that much better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous non-split Mattress was designated as firm however, it was extremely comfortable and not as hard as this one. I do like this one, but I am thinking of switching it out for a medium firm one.

We like the bed. Proadapt hybrid actually helps you roll over in bed. Try it in comparison to a standard bed. My only complaint is even though these beds are supposed to be cooler than the older beds, (which I just got rid of) I dont see it. Had my old bed for 10 years. Was happy with it so that's why I bought another. Even though it seems hat at times, we still like it.
