I like our new mattress. We are still getting used to it but it does seem to help our joints. I’m a little disappointed though because the mattress bounces every time husband moves. He has restless legs and we thought this mattress might help with motion. Sadly, it does not.

This is our 3rd mattress purchase - We bought our first two queen mattresses over 15 years ago and they are still great. Just bought a new home and needed a new mattress - king size. Not enough time to tell you about the AMAZING customer service I got from Hicks when I was placing my order in the middle of a pandemic - but he was THE most helpful, knowledgable, and very nice person I've ever talked to in a professional customer service call - ever! The delivery was held up, understandably, because of the virus, but when it finally was delivered, the delivery men were the best. Professional, friendly and efficient (also, under stress of the pandemic). And, finally, my review of the mattress - couldn't be better. Exactly what we wanted (I have many orthopedic issues from an accident that I had years ago) and just as comfortable as the Tempur-Pedic we have been using for years. This company, employees, and it's product are just the best - will always come back when I need anything sleep related :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I researched new beds forever! We had a 10 year old memory foam and we're in desperate need of an upgrade. My husband has pretty bad back pain, so wanted to make sure we got something that met his needs. We decided on the hybrid as it's a perfect mix of memory foam and springs. We've had the bed now for a little over a month and cannot be happier.

I have lower back problems and painful joints. I haven't been able to sleep on my back in years. Sleeping on my side was the only way I could sleep, but the hip on the side I was sleeping would begin to hurt, so I would be woken up and have to switch sides. This would go on all night, so I had poor sleep. This has all changed now that we have the Tempur-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid bed!! I can sleep on my back or my sides without pain!! I will never get anything else and highly recommend its purchase!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Tempur - Pro Adapt mattress & Ergo Power Base a little over a month ago. I have back issues - no more sleepless nights! Sleeping like a baby with slight elevation at both ends. I was concerned the mattress would be too firm. Sure glad we purchased firm as it works for my wife and my self. Should have gone this route years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was hoping this bed would be the best thing since sliced bread, hoping it would cure all my problems with sleep and backaches and pains according to the countless reviews. It's not taken away my back pain at all and I actually wake up very frequently every night. Not sure what the problem is or if I just have the wrong mattress for me.

We love our new mattresses and bed bases My hip pain has disappeared and my husbands snoring is almost non existant as we can raise his head with his split mattress base. These are definity not inexpensive mattresses and bed bases but considering how much time we spend sleeping and how important a good nights sleep is to our health we consider the investment to be completely justified. Besides our slit Pro Adapt mattresses we purchased the Ergo extend bases. We love the experiance of a great nights sleep that they provide. Originally I chose the firm mattress and my husband chose medium, on practically the last day if our 90 day trial my husband decided to change to a firm mattress. We called the provided number and without any problems were assured the exchange would be made, which it rapidly was. Everything our salesman Matthew had promised us regarding quality of product and service was true.

The mattress arrived on time and the delivery people were great! Unfortunately the mattress was too hard for my husband's liking. I contacted Tempur- Pedic after trying to "break" the mattress in for 30 days. They were very helpful selecting replacement mattress. Somewhere along the way wires got crossed and my order failed. I was able to get a customer support rep that seems to have taken care of the problem.

It is a firm/medium feel. You can sleep close to the edge without falling off. My back pain is much less then before. But not totally gone. I have only been sleeping on it for about a month. The big question is, was it worth the money? If you have an extra $4,000 it would be fine. I wouldn't go into debt to get one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the ProAdapt Medium Hybrid because I wanted the increased support on the edge and that is good, pretty much what I expected. I was hoping for more of the actual tempur experience in the rest of the bed but it's just not thick enough to provide that. As a result, I frequently get up in the morning with some minor pain in my shoulder and hip. I'm a side sleeper. The pain dissipates after I've been up for a while, so it's bearable. I might have purchased the next grade up in the mattress, but it was out of my price range, especially due to the fact that I bought the EASE Power Base at the same time.
