[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly wasn't a big fan at first but now sleeping on it for a month. Must say it makes a big difference. Just love our bed now. A lil on the pricey side but every penny is worth it. If you want to stop waking up with aches and pains then buy this bed. It will change your life!!

Only had it a few weeks and it has big shoes to fill as we switched from a Stearns and Foster hybrid that we loved, but moving up to a king and figured this was our chance to finally try a Tempur. The soft is incredibly firm, I can't imagine anything firmer being comfortable. We both enjoy it and both are able to sleep in positions we never have been able to comfortable in before. I haven't slept on my back for decades, but now find myself waking up on my back. It sleeps cool as well! The ONLY con I can think of is the depth of the mattress. It's not thin, but it's not as thick as many, so the fitted sheets tend to come undone at the corners. Or kids mentioned this problem with theirs, and sure enough, we have the same thing. No regrets we have already recommended to some friends. Happy customers so far.

Over the years (as I am 64) my back has degenerated to the point a regular mattress is NOT comfortable. A year ago I had spinal fusion and a spacer inserted in my lower back. Unfortunately, Scoliosis runs in my family and our daughter was born with it. The TempurPedic has been a great product for our family. I am so grateful this product is available to us through our Military Exchange. We are forever grateful TempurPedic supports the military. It used to take me forever to fall asleep and I would toss and turn throughout the night, often waking up throughout the night. I also used to suffer from shoulder pain (but I thought it was me maybe not wearing proper shoes or carrying to ​many things in my bag) After I was gifted the ProAdapt Mattress system from Tempur-Pedic, I fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and my shoulder pain was gone after only a fe​​​w weeks.

It has only been a few weeks so we are still deciding. We may move to a medium support mattress. It has been an adjustment from our older Tempurpedic because this one is higher. We are also having difficulty with our high end mattress cover being slippery. We switched from our high thread count smooth sheets to percale to see if the bottom sheet will stay in place better. In general, we love Tempupedic. There are adjustments we need to make in this transition from a 2007 mattress to 2019.

After the first night my husband woke up without the usual pain in hips and shoulder. We love our new bed. Neither of us have ever slept in such a comfortable bed before. We are about 3 weeks in and so pleased with our decision. SO comfortable! I also love the tempur-pedic pillow

We purchased the pro adapt hybrid mattress for my husbands painful back but the bed not only helped his back it made a huge difference for my neck. I've had neck surgery and just lived with stiffness and pain. After sleeping on this bed for a week or so , I noticed that my neck and shoulders were relaxed with much less pain! We will never change to a different type bed now!

Previously owned a medium Tempurpedic mattress and it sagged in the middle like a hammock which was terrible for my back. Thought that a firmer mattress would be better. Firm mattress is very firm and terrible for the back too, even with the fully adjustable frame.

We unfortunately had to use our warranty because our mattress was sagging after 4 years. We decided to upgrade to a better mattress. When delivered it felt like a concrete slab! We slept one night & it was miserable, called Tempurpedic the next morning & we were told we could NOT exchange for a different mattress because it was a warranty replacement! SO, apparently Tempurpedic can send out any crappy mattress they want & if it's a warranty replacement the customer has ZERO RECOURSE! Unbelievable that they would treat 15+ years customers like this!!

Bought a split king in two different firmnesses recommended by the sleep specialist. After 90 days of terrible sleep ended up swapping to a standard king or medium hybrid pro adapt and have never slept worse in my life. After almost a year now of "breaking in" it's gotten worse. Only in our 30's and now have more back and hip pain than I ever imagined. Don't sleep, tossing turning, neck back and hip pain. Absolutely terrible. Spent all the money on all the hype just to be in shock at how terrible it sleeps. Should've gone with my other options of other brands. Would not recommend
