It stays cool for about 15 minutes. I love the comfort, but the mattress tends to get to warm. We bought this bed because some of the medications I'm on for my cancer cause night sweats and I thought it would stay cool most of the night. My best night of sleep so far was about 5 hours. Most nights it's 3 hours.

I've tried other brands of memory foam mattresses and they don't not even come close to the quality and comfort of a true Tempur-pedic! My back issues and quality of sleep have greatly improved since owning a Tempur-Pedic and no previous mattress that I have owned ever came close to the support and comfort of a real Tempur-Pedic. I will always own a true Tempur-Pedic mattress. It is one of the best investments anyone can make and well worth it!

I love this bed probably more than my husband, but I can honestly say that with fibromyalgia and the hip pain I feel sleeping in most beds has been relieved sleeping on the pro-adapt. My husband is still adjusting to it so his opinion is still on the table. We have the adjustable frame but have not had to really use that much yet.

I now have a smile on my face each night as I lie down to sleep. I needed a firm mattress but a mattress with some give that would not give out. In the morning the head of the bed is always elevated a bit, proving that it had raised itself in response to snoring. The massage features and synching of music with the massage are frazzle-dazzle features, but the main thing for me is the "intelligence" of the mattress and the value of the SleepTracker app, which has gotten me serious for the first time about understanding my sleep patterns, sleeping longer, and sleeping more efficiently. I think I've been sleep-deprived for over 50 years.

I was having pressure point pain for years on my old mattress. From night one, my pain was eliminated. My husband was skeptical and wasn't as excited as me, but one week in he admitted it was the best mattress he's ever slept on. I love the fact that you don't feel your partner moving during the night. Nothing bad to say about this mattress . Best purchase I've ever made!

I have a herniated disc in my back and my old mattress of 22 years left me feeling like it was hit by a Mack truck when I woke up in the mornings, if I slept at all. I bought and adjustable bed base also and it was the best decision I made in years. From day one my back stopped hurting when I slept and I could feel the pressure being relieved from my spine. Sometimes when I get home from work I lay down for and hour just so my back will fill better, I never did this before I bought this mattress. The high quality material conforms to my body in a good way. My sleep has improved and I am waking up less each night. I also like that the cover can be removed and washed.

My wife has rheumatiod arthritis. She had been complaining lately that the airbed we'd owned for 19 years was not working for her anymore. We tried out the ProAdapt mattresses and she wanted the soft, while I opted for the medium on a split king with adustable bases. After only one night she said, "I wish we hadn't bought these matteresses." I looked at her with a frown. She continued, "I don't want to get out of bed now." I've had sinus problems all my life. I have found that by elevating the head just a few degrees my nose does not stop up during the night. I can now sleep uninterrupted the entire night.
