[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Tepur Pedic mattress for 12 yrs and just upgraded to a king size. We tried another memory foam mattress (trying to save $$$) and ended up returning it. Once you sleep on a Tempur Pedic it's hard to switch to anything else. Originally we planned to get the soft version, but after testing out the different models in store we opted for the hybrid. We are both side sleepers and needed a "soft"mattress. For those looking for soft model I recommend testing this hybrid. It is actually very soft yet has the firmness for sitting or laying on the edge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first Tempur-pedic mattress over ten years ago after experiencing severe sciatic nerve issues. it helped reduce the pain so I could sleep comfortably. When my back and sciatic pain returned a few months ago, I knew it was time to replace my old Tempur-pedic mattress with a new one. After a few weeks have passed I am again sleeping much better without the pain.

So happy we finally caved and dropped the cash on this bed. It was more then what we wanted to pay for the bed but we are so happy with it. Was a little concerned at first that it was going to stay hard but it soften up after a few nights. We love having a larger size and I never feel my partner move at night.

We were initially very happy with our Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Soft mattress—it was comfortable and felt like a great investment. However, after just a couple of years, it started to lose its shape and is now sagging in multiple areas. Since this seemed like a clear product failure, we filed a warranty claim. We provided all requested documentation, including photos showing proper support underneath the mattress and that we’ve consistently used a mattress protector as recommended at the time of purchase. Despite this, our claim was denied, citing improper care. This was extremely frustrating and honestly confusing, given that we’ve followed all care guidelines. It’s hard to understand how that conclusion was reached based on the information provided. No expert came out to review the mattress they based this on a few images that to be looked exactly like the examples. For a product at this price point, I expected better durability and stronger support from the company in honoring their warranty. This experience has been very disappointing and has definitely changed my perspective. I would encourage others to look closely at warranty coverage and long-term performance before making a purchase. I would NOT recommend this product OR this company after this experience.

Thanks this 78 year old is so happy and thankful for my new mattress Tempurpedic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really liking the ProAdapt so far, especially because it has an easy way to elevate both the head and legs with a simple click of a button. However, I wish it had been designed with the bed frame in mind. We had a bit of a struggle getting it set up and making it work well with the king-size frame I bought separately.

I tried in store, was very comfortable. When this was delivered much to hard. I gave it 4 weeks. Would awake with back pain. They did pick up mattress but had to pay for foundation. $400. They wanted me to pay for shipping but explained I was having to take a day off work to be home. So they did let me out off shipping charge

It took 5 weeks to get the bed. It's a real nice bed I haven't slept this good for a long time. The down side is that if I wake up in the middle of the night whatever part of my body is in contact with the mattress is hot and sweaty. It's no wonder why the charge a couple more thousand to get one of the cooling mattresses. Those are the reasons why i rated it a 3/5.

Unfortunately, tempurpedic does not value customer loyalty or honor their own warranty as my recent warranty request was summarily dismissed without a call or any other outreach than a cold email denying my request to address a failed 6 year old deformed tempurpedic mattress. I choose to do business with firms that honor their warranties and will not be purchasing another product from this company.
