The delivery team arrived Monday, October 21, 2019 a Wonderful morning at 9:15am.... I was so excited to finally have my new bed after many months of remodeling my house. The delivery guys were so polite and courteous, simply outstanding, second to none! A special thank you to Sleep Outfitters' Danville KY store Manager, Tish O'Rea!!!She was so helpful, patient and kind during the purchase plight for a new mattress set. There were many changes along the way and Sleep Outfitters made every one of them effortless and a wonderful experience overall. My joints don't ache as much anymore. I am so happy to go to sleep instead of dreading it. I Don't wake up in the middle of the night. The Zero Gravity setting is my absolute favorite!!! It truly feels like I'm floating!!!Words cannot put how I feel about my bed...Love Love Love My Tempur Pedic!!! Thank you Tish for caring about the customer and giving such excellent customer service-you're the best! I'm Never going back to a standard mattress AGAIN!!! We have tried several types of mattresses and finally made the decision to spend the little extra money, which is something we should have done years ago!! Whether you sleep on your side or back this mattress provides the necessary support to relieve pressure points allowing your body to fully relax and provide a night of restful healing sleep!! My wife used to wake up with sore hips and shoulders and now she wakes rested without pain!! I have had back issues for over 25 years and now I finally get a good night sleep and awake with the pressure relieved on my lower back and neck. We love that we can move without disturbing one another during the night!! The adjustable base is an added bonus!! We highly recommend this mattress and honestly believe you will not regret your purchase!! We also added the Adapt Pro plus Cooling pillows and that is the cherry on top making the sleep experience that much more enjoyable!!

My wife and I had been sleeping on our old mattress for a few years and no matter how many pads we added to the top we still woke up restless and with back pain. My husband and I purchased a Tempurpedic Mattress and box springs 9+ years ago. Recently we started having problems with the mattress sagging. I called the company and they couldn't have been better! Their service was extraordinary! They far exceeded my expectations! Everything they said and did was perfect! I am so excited to have found truly great service in today's world! I've been sleeping on my Tempur for over 5 months now and I couldn't be happier. I get better sleep at any time of the day or night, even if it's just a nap. I would never replace a TempurPedic mattress for another mattress manufacturer. I love everything about it, specially with the function of the adjustable base, my life is so much better now. Highly recommend it!!

The ProAdapt Soft is a great mattress for side sleepers. It offers soft compliance yet enough support that I remain comfortable all night. The cooling technology also works great. I combined this mattress with an adjustable bed frame and now have the best sleep "system" that I ever had! Highly recommend you consider this mattress!

We got our ProAdapt Medium Hybrid at the beginning of January, and I was a bit nervous because I heard that some people need a few weeks to adjust to their new Tempur-Pedic. But it was literally the best night sleep I had in awhile the very first night. Definitely get the medium hybrid if you're unsure on the level of firmness, and if you don't like that sinking in feeling. The added springs combined with the memory foam is perfect. Also me and my fiance are a bit on the hefty side and it's still holding up beautifully so don't worry about your weight. I also no longer wake up with back pain, so that's amazing. I know it's expensive, but it's worth it. I spent months researching mattress brands, and I realize that these things are pricey for a reason. Honestly if you need a sign to get it, here it is. Just do it.
