I love that the precision knobs are pinch-then-turn so it’s more difficult for our three-year-old to turn anything on. But, if somehow she does, the SmartThings app will notify us immediately.

Samsung Bespoke Smart Slide-In Electric Range in Matte Black Steel has definitely raised my bar in cooking. It has an app you can utilize to control the over and stove as well. The burners work well and heat very quickly. The big burners have The ability to heat just The middle or the entire burner which is nicer. The burners have plenty of space for pans. The oven is very spacious. All the buttons are easy to read and use. This stove does lack an area to hang towels and there's no real space to store spices on the back. Overall it's a great oven/stove so far. I haven't used the app but it is app compatible. The stove is a bit of a fingerprint/slime magnet. It's relatively easy to clean. The knobs are easy to control and pick the exact temperature. The picture for which burner you're turning on is a little dark and hard to read. The back of the stove doesn't have space to accommodate for the electrical box.

This oven is great, heats quickly and its enormous! The control panel is intuitive and easy to use. Range boils water quickly and really the only complaint I have is that the knobs once turned on will move a little if they touch clothing etc. I have connected to smart things and its a handy function to check if the oven has been left on but will also tell me when its pre-heated. Highly recommended and I would buy again.

You have to squeeze then turn wait for the clicks then off she goes! The grates are no slide grates so I love the security of knowing the smallest knock won't send my pot or pan flying. The over is such a perfect large size. The controls are digital for the oven. You can use the smart things app to control the over with your phone as well. It allows you to adjust the temp up and down, change to warm, set the timer, you name it! The stove top and oven are easy to wipe down and keep clean. Over all this is one fantastic gas range!

Also wireless control option is great as I can check for see if burner and oven on or off. One wish that if the burners can be turn off by app like oven as well. The design is a plus. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Creating a kitchen around an appliance...about a month or so ago we started the process of getting rid of our old white tile countertops and replacing it with a quartz surface. Shortly after that, I ended up purchasing the matte black gas range. At that point I knew what color quartz I wanted to go with...the black quartz countertops are great however with the addition of the new gas range, it adds a whole new level to the look of the kitchen. Build quality - the Bespoke name says it all...it has a high-end feel from the cast iron cooktop, high quality paint, substantial oven door, and buttery smooth knobs. Precision knobs: Safety feature - child proof lock on each knob, user must press in order to turn the knob. Function - knobs are as advertised, giving you precise control of the flame(s). Compared to my previous range that seemed like it only had 2 settings...really low or full blast. Fingerprint resistant finish - the matte black looks great, and the fingerprint resistant finish makes it even better. Typically, with any black finish you end up with a bunch of smudges after each use, so I am extremely happy with my selection because I still have yet to wipe down my range due to fingerprints. Smart things app - having many devices already on the app (TV, surround sound, washer, dryer, and now gas range) it makes things easier to start / stop / monitor from 1 app. Overall impressions - I would definitely recommend this gas range to anyone that is looking to upgrade from their existing range or someone that is looking for that last key component to finish out a kitchen remodel.

The front controls are easy to use and the precision knobs are great for people with young children. The fingerprint resistant surface is exactly what you would expect. The large capacity makes cooking large meals like Thanksgiving turkey a breeze. The wifi connectivity makes it convenient- you can be anywhere in your house and get a notification that the oven is preheated or the timer is done. Cons: I wish it had convection, and because of the large capacity, you lose space in the bottom storage drawer.
