Poorly Made

I have built multiple dozens of this general style of shelving unit over the years, and I have never had as much trouble as I had with this one. The plastic pole clip slips constantly because the groove isn't quite deep enough and the clip doesn't fit well enough. Needed to use a Dremel to file away excess metal in some of the shelf holes. What should have been a quick assembly took hours as shelves needed to be removed due to slipping pole clips, new solutions for how to get them to stay in place at the correct groove. Overall it was frustrating and disappointing. I'll avoid this brand in the future.

Color was a washed out gray, not the shiny chrome I thought I was ordering. Depth of shelves were supposed to be 12”, they are actually 15”.

Bottom poles don't screw on top pole. Incorrect top poles. Cannot complete putting together. Very sad

Happy with my purchase!

I was a bit afraid after reading some of the negative reviews, but Sam's is the only place that offered racks that fit all my requirements! I wanted white, capacity for heavy load, with or without wheels, adjustable shelves, and the correct size. It was pretty easy to put together after I got everything unpacked and my senses together. It took longer to decide what levels I wanted to put all my selves to fit my gardening purposes without having to take it apart and move them again. They look great in my patio and I'm super pleased!!

SAME OLD LIP SERVICE THAT THE OTHER UNETHICAL COMPANIES GIVE YOU

HORRIBLE. I have purchased at least 16 different Seville products over the years. ALWAYS extremely satisfied. NOW??? You cheapened your products to where they are JUNK. . Treaded parts do nit ft, you send me BLACK plastic parts to go with WHITE SHELVING UNITS? You also sent me one unit that was CLEARLY returned to you. All good things come to an end. You're not the Seville that I once knew

Not happy. Doesn't match the pictures!

Doesn't match the pictures. 4 bottom legs for the wheels do not match what is shown and you can't install the bottom-most shelf as low as the pictures show. I previously ordered 2 of these that were great, but last order is different now. Not happy at all!
