It is poor quality. The first week is okay, but t starts to fall apart after that. Definitely not worth the waste of money. It’s impossible to return too. I tried to return it several times, but UPS never picked it up as scheduled. As such, I never got a refund.

The only downside, which is a big one for a convertible bed/sofa, is it's VERY firm. Far more firm than any chair/couch. I had to buy a 4" foam mattress topper (single/cot) to make it sleepable and it's still quite firm. But it looks nice, easy to assemble, seems sturdy.

So easy to assemble and convert from bed to chair and back! Love the look! I’ve had for a couple months and so far love, I do worry about longevity of cushions though.

It’s a nice chair but I thought the back would be higher so sitting in it would be more supportive. I would actually return it for something else but it’s too heavy.

Solid chair that is providing extra sleeping space in my townhouse. It was easy to assemble and is made of quality materials. It has already been used and was found to be acceptably comfortable with the addition of a mattress topper.

This is now my favorite chair in the house. A bit firm. But I love having a chair in my office that turns into a chaise/lounge when I'm taking a break.

Easy to assemble, a solid piece of furniture. perfect in a small corner space- Converts easily into a recliner or bed. A fun and practical piece of furniture. Very happy with this purchase.

The Serta Conner Single Sleeper chair was easy to assemble. Functions well converting from chair to sleeper with the fold down back rest and pull up leg rest cushion. Firm, but comfortable for sleeping.

I did a lot of research to find a comfortable, pretty chair-bed at an affordable price. Saw and loved this one on multiple sites, and Walmart's price was the best. It is very heavy, sturdy and firm, but is exactly what I wanted.
