We've had this rug for about a month and it does not hold up well around the edges. It's super soft and spot cleans easily. However all of my sides are getting fuzzy and frayed. Very disappointed that it isn't lasting longer.

Came with multiple stains that are not coming out. Nice rug if it didn't have large dark stains on it... They should really ship there rugs in something that won't rip open

Ups tracking is showing that this was returned to the sender. When they received the package it saus that the product was damaged. I never received a replacement. I was looking forward to this rug as i have kids and a dog.

I was so hopeful for these rugs. They seem to have great reviews, but my experience was not great. They are super soft and absolutely beautiful. They didn’t fall apart when washed, but in my opinion they are not made for high traffic areas. You aren’t able to vacuum them at all, I have two vacuums with multiple settings and none worked. So I was forced to use a broom to sweep them off between washes. Once they stain though, they’re forever stained. I noticed within the first three days the discoloration. Mind you I do have large dogs and 4 kids. I thought after the wash they would be looking brand new. WRONG. I tried everything, oxi clean, stain remover, even scrubbed with Dawn dish soap and rinsed before a wash. My last attempt was to use the pressure washer, which from previous experience has worked to get tough stains out of rugs. Still discolored after they dried. I wanted to like these so much, but they are definitely not made for high traffic areas.

I bought this rug a few weeks ago after looking forever to find a rug for our sunroom where our cats carry out most of their shenanigans. It grips really well (doesn’t need a pad underneath) and doesn’t move. The only downfall is the suction from the grip when vacuuming. If you vacuum from the middle out, that seems to do the trick. Great rug overall.

We got a whole set of Castle Grey for the house. I was a little worried about them holding up with a toddler but honestly we are super impressed. The large size fits in our washing machine. I've been able to wash out chili and strawberries without an issue. Our vacuum did stick to it until I adjusted the height to vacuum "bare floor" and now I have no issues. I just wish there were even more color options!

I was very disappointed to finally open the product out of the package to discover that the light gray rug is definitely nowhere near a light gray. The pattern is most definitely beige and brown in color. It looks more of a gray in the photo but in person, the rug is definitely beige and brown. The texture feels extremely soft but if you want a gray rug, this is not for you.

This rug appears super nice. It’s soft, luxurious almost, nice design and boots and seems good quality. However, it cannot he vacuumed no matter what setting I put my vacuum on! I was hopeful MY vacuum would not be like other reviews have stated but I did not luck out. I would not buy another or recommend.

Just received this rug, it is stylish and gorgeous and SO soft! I have a rug pad already that I have underneath it and I would recommend some king of rug pad. Previous reviews mention that they were not able to vacuum this rug. I was not able to vacuum it with my vacuum on full suction, but adjusting the vacuum to a lower suction made it very easy to vacuum the rug!! Please note I have not washed and dried the rug yet, so not sure how it will hold up.

I purchased an area size rug for my living room. It does not come with a pad so I went to local store and purchased a rug pad to put underneath it. I have little kids and dogs so I'm excited to be able to wash a rug. I have had no problems vacuuming it. ( I use a regular vacuum and a iRobot vacuum) It's super soft. I just purchased two of the rugs to match (smaller) for in front of my doors.
