[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first tempur pedic mattress has lasted over 14 years. We still have it in our guest room and just bought ourselves a new one. It is very supportive and soft at the same time. Very helpful for my husband's bad back. Great delivery service as well.

We originally purchased a Tempur-Pedic with a 20 year warranty. After 14 years the mattress sagged. It was replaced in 2020 with a ProAdapt hybrid. I recently started waking up with lower back pain and I noticed the mattress was starting to sag causing my lower back pain. Just 3 years old and starting to sag! I am not happy with Tempur-pedic at all. Now I'm in the market for a new mattress. Unfortunately, I will not be seeking another Tempur-pedic.

Showroom firm mattress was very comfortable. The firm mattress I recieved is almost like sleeping on a table. My 30 days are almost up and I will be exchanging it for a medium hybrid. I wish there was a longer trial period to see how long it takes to soften up because the showroom mattress felt great.

This is my first time owning such a firm bed, but I went with it based on my conversation with the local mattress specialist. After a one week adjustment period, my sleep quality has definitely improved from my previous mattress. The quality feels excellent, and the movement isolation is unreal; movements by another person are practically unfelt.

Going to my bedroom to sleep had never been something I look forward to, and more often than not I would fall asleep on the couch instead. Since purchasing a TempurPedic, I don't dread the (now non-existent) struggle of tossing and turning to get to sleep. The quality of my sleep has improved ten-fold, and I wake up feeling well-rested and recharged. The mattress truly is a perfect embodiment of comfort and a gateway to relaxation. Worth every penny!

We owned a Tempurpedic mattress several years ago and loved it. Then we purchased a different brand we have used for years. Recently we bought a new Tempurpedic after testing several at a local furniture store. This mattress is nowhere near as soft as the one we had years ago, and my wife has back issues and cannot sleep on it without pain. We were hoping a couple months use would "break it in" but it has not changed... and the store says cold weather will not help its firmness. We are looking for another mattress to return this one for.

We have had the ProAdapt Soft mattress for almost 1 month (January-February) and we are still getting used to it. Initially the mattress was hard as a rock. We put an electric blanket on top and increased the thermostat to 72 degrees to help "break it in" and it took 3.5 weeks but it is now "somewhat soft". It appears to get much warmer throughout the night when compared to the memory foam we previously had.

Never had such extreme pain in shoulders and hip with tingling in hands , waking up early morning hours such as 12:00 1:00am etc. Not sleeping waiting for our 30 days so we can exchange or get rid of it. Now we are waiting for soft pro adapt praying it will relief pain also purchase adjustable frame. Furniture store where we purchase does not refund how wonderful, so we had to go with another temper pedic. needless to say the expense is out of this world. Living on social security now this will hit us hard . well suck it up butter cup and learn from this experience never again! I google this problem was surprise to find I'm not alone with this discomfort . Just weird. My husband has no problem. I've started sleeping on our old mattress in another room which is strange after 43 years of marriage, and to my surprise the pain has eased up and back to normaL after four days. so I thought I give the bed another try and slept on husband side of bed , well the pain woke me up again and tingling in hands. Keep fingers cross peps that soft pro adapt will solve this problem should be here in another week they say.

I credit this to the lack of transfer of motion and the temperature control of this mattress. I never feel my husband getting in our out of the bed and neither of us sleep hot anymore. Best investment we've made for ourselves!

I have Back problems, osteoporosis arthritis in my hips and occasional bursitis in my shoulders. I am a side sleeper and needed a mattress that would work for my back problems, my hip problem and shoulder problem. A couple friends recommended a Tempurpedic mattress To me. I did a lot of research before buying trying to find a mattress that would work well for All my health issues. I certainly found it.
