[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our new Tempurpedic to replace our original (which held up since 2006 and is now used at our vacation home). We tried all the other popular memory foam beds-in-box, but none compared to Tempurpedic. We opted for the hybrid medium firmness and sleep like babies!

This bed is so comfortable, we don't want to get out of it. We sleep so sound and cozy. No more sleep aids for me, love our new bed! We love our split Cal King, it works wonders for our bad backs, love adjusting it to comfortable positions. I could go on and on.

I've had this mattress for about 7 months now and my posture has gotten better as well. I would recommend for those who have only known old box springs, this will be wayyyy better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Cloud Supreme mattress for a few years and absolutely loved it. I can never sleep on anything but a Tempur-Pedic ever again. For this purchase, I debated between the Adapt and Pro-Adapt. I chose the Pro-Adapt Soft and absolutely love it. It is truly like sleeping on a cloud. I appreciate how organized the delivery process was and enjoy the free sheets and pillows I got with my order.

I have had this product since September 2919 . I sleep great in this bed . Probably the best sleep I have had in a long time . I don't wake up sweating (I'm 54) . I'm rating a 4 because only after this short time having the mattress . I feel like it's sinking in the middle .. I the only one sleeping in the bed . I feel like I sink in the middle . It's hard to explain . For the amount of money . This should not be happening.

I switched from 1 brand new mattress to this, thinking it would be great for a side sleeper as well as being cooler, I was wrong. It still 100 degrees and have to toss and turn as it is very stiff. Feels more like an extra firm mattress than medium. I am hoping it will get softer, but right now it is like sleeping on cement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time Tempurpedic owner. I wasn't sure I wanted to go away from a traditional spring mattress. Enter the Hybrid. Lower back pain is gone. I don't wake up stiff anymore. If I stay anywhere else I miss this bed and can't wait to get home.

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. Bought this mattress with hopes of eliminating pain in my hips and my back. All it has done it made worse. I also wake up with numbness in my tailbone area and my entire back hurts. Cannot get comfortable and am unable to sleep for more than a few hours at a time on it. Also the mattress retains way too much heat regardless of room temperature. Will not be buying another Tempur pedic mattress and frankly can't wait to get rid of this one and find a different brand.
