I have been using it for less than a year and feels like it sagging and higher in the middle. I was told that it doesn't have memory. I still paying for it and when I request the warranty and even send clear pictures of it they deny. They said that I should go to the store where it was buy and the store said that It has to be tempur pedic . We are senior and this is not fair.

I guess time will tell but, so far, this is the best mattress I have owned and with a 60 month not interest deal, is a no brainer. Feels like I finally hit the jackpot here and hope it stays for many years to come. The firmness is exactly what I was looking for, and the ability to move without disturbing my partner makes it even better.

Love this new mattress . It just fills all the gaps without swallowing me whole . I have back problems and this mattress really has helped me get a better nights sleep . Knock on wood I have not woke up with my back aching like a traditional top of the line mattress has over the years . I have gone through many traditional mattresses and I hoping this one holds up to it';s reputation . I would definitely recommend this mattress for people with back pain and everyone else

We just purchased the Tempur-Pro Adapt Split King after being dissatisfied with the weight of the competing brand (Stearns Foster). This product also has the advantage of being easier to turn over during the night since one of us is a side sleeper. The support feels amazing and we are very pleased with the mattress weight being 20 pounds lighter, much easier in changing the sheets! The store in Troy (Ohio), managed by Laura, did a fabulous job with the entire process. The delivery, exchange and installation was very fast and efficient. Gary and Harley were pleasant, professional and fast! We're looking forward to longer and healthier sleep with greater comfort, resulting in better energy levels. After sleeping on a soft Luxe Breeze for 1.5 years and figuring out it was the source of upper back pain, I tried 5 different mattress's before finally doing a lot of research (AI was a huge help) to figure out what I needed. It came down to a Nectar Ultra vs Tempurpedic ProAdapt. I wasn't taking any more chances, and having had extremely good luck in the past with Tempurpedic, I hit the bullet and paid the huge price. After one night, I do not regret the purchase!

Do not trust all of the 5 star reviews. We ordered the tempur-pedic pro adapt adjustable bed split-king on Nov 28 2025 and have not received it despite being charged in full at the time of order $4,900. Sam's help center has been ineffective mostly because you have to speak with call centers in India and the Phillipines. Despite being elevated to corporate and given an incident report more than once, it is now Mar 3 2026 and still no hope it getting the product we paid for. Sam's Synchrony CC only gives a partial credit for disputes and clearly doesn't have any connection to Sam's order status. On January 12, they delivered a TwinXL and removed our King mattress making our master bed extremely difficult to share (impossible of course). Good luck if you order this product. We have been Sam's club business members for decades which doesn't matter. we have given Sam's due diligence to help resolve this incident with no results

I've owned this mattress for a little less than a month. -FLOOR MODEL When I laid on this mattress in the store, it was perfect! The exact right amount of softness for me and exact right amount of firmness for my husband. HOWEVER, the sales rep. warned me the mattress will take about 90 days to break in and feel like the floor model and that is why they suggest waiting 90 days before considering returning or exchanging the mattress. -NEW MATTRESS FIRMNESS To put it plainly, it's terrible. According to the Tempur-Pedic website, the only way to break in the mattress is to sleep on it nightly. Had I know I'd pay a few grand for little sleep, I might have considered going with a different mattress. -EXTREME FIRMNESS IS EXPECTED According to both Tempur-Pedic website and the sales rep., the extreme firmness is expected until a gel or foam mattress is broken in. -CONCLUSION I give this two stars because I struggle to sleep on such a firm mattress. To break it in costs sleep (and money because this was a large purchase). I'm hopeful it pays off in 90 days and feels like the floor model at the store.

Some of the best sleep I've had in years! Took about ten minutes to adjust to the TEMPUR-ProAdapt mattress. Combined with a quality mattress pad and a new pillow (Layla-Kapok), I found the first night and every night since to be the best sleep I've had in many years. - No stiffness in the morning - Solid sleep with no tossing/turning - Comfort and "just right" temperature throughout the night This is a premium priced product so my expectations were pretty high and I'm more than satisfied that I got what I paid for and more. Highly recommend this mattress! The Ashley team arrived on-time, installed the TEMPUR-ProAdapt and removed my old mattress. They were on time, fast, efficient and in-and-out in less than 20 mins.

Worst mattress I've owned. I thought this mattress was suppose to form around body but it is the hardest and most uncomfortable mattress My husband and I toss and turn all night I complained to tempurpedic and was told to just buy a mattress topper I would not recommend this hybrid medium
