When my back and sciatic pain returned a few months ago, I knew it was time to replace my old Tempur-pedic mattress with a new one. After a few weeks have passed I am again sleeping much better without the pain.

I knew I wanted a bed that could accommodate all sleeping positions, but be on the softer side. I think this is a perfect choice for people that fall under the same sleep category as me. Pros : Very comfortable, good edge support, great white glove delivery, classic memory foam sinking feel, but easier mobility and bounce due to the hybrid springs. Cons : You never want to leave your bed, probably a bit pricey, my mattress had a pretty strong off gassing oder that lasted for about 2 days. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and have been getting good solid sleep. My only regret is not spending the extra money for the lux adapt to get that extra softness I was looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once a salesman said you will pay an enormous amount for a automobile that you will set in for a couple of hours a day but will cut cost and purchase an uncomfortable mattress that you will sleep on for 8-10 hours a day and wake with back issues. My first Tempur Pedic lasted 12 years. I chose to purchase a "In the box mattress" only to return and purchase the Pro-Adapt which we love dearly. Last time I settle for a lesser product. Now I wake each day fully refreshed.

I was hesitant at first when making such a big and expensive purchase on a mattress, but after talking to several friends who have had Tempur-pedic beds, I was convinced and I do not regret it one bit. The first night sleeping on the mattress, I got a full nights rest (which I had been struggling with previously). I would rate it a 10/10 and highly recommend especially if you have trouble sleeping.

I hate to say this but the mattress didn't live up to our expectations. It's firm as expected but...it's just not what I hoped and dreamed a tempurpedic mattress would be. We tried it out, loved it at the store, but now that we've got to use it...not worth bragging about...unfortunately

I am so disappointed. I don't know how many customers had own it. Also, This mattress is not made for adjustable base. The mattress slides down when I lift it up. Now I am stuck with this bed that I don't like. Think carefully before making this investment.

But after a month I can say this mattress was a life-changing investment and five stars aren't enough! The sides were finally getting very soft, I am now pregnant and began feeling more uncomfortable as each week passed. I had planned on getting the medium or medium-hybrid, but my husband and I went into a store to lay on them. We realized even the firm mattress had quite a bit of give once you laid down on it and that it seemed like the best option for us. We ordered online which was easy; the delivery company messaged us with a couple of delivery date/time frame options. They came in, took our old mattress, replaced it with the new one, and now we are on to better sleep! I am so comfortable on this mattress, can barely feel when my husband moves, and if it wasn't for our noisy cat I would be sleeping through the night. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my back pain exacerbated 2years ago, I bought a tempur-proadapt firm for my guest bedroom first because I didn't want to give up my beloved mattress. Over the course of a year, I would sleep on the mattress in the guest bedroom with each exacerbation to see if my back pain would go away. Each time with everything I took and did, my back pain would go away and I would go back to my bed only to have another exacerbation. After doing this back and forth, I realized my old mattress was causing the exacerbations. I gave up and bought a proadapt firm mattress and foundation for my queen bed and couldn't be happier.
