I have had this product since September 2919 . I sleep great in this bed . Probably the best sleep I have had in a long time . I don't wake up sweating (I'm 54) . I'm rating a 4 because only after this short time having the mattress . I feel like it's sinking in the middle .. I the only one sleeping in the bed . I feel like I sink in the middle . It's hard to explain . For the amount of money . This should not be happening.

I love the new mattress but I wish I had purchased a Medium rather than a Firm. The Firm is excellent quality and there is nothing wrong with the mattress but it is a bit too firm for my needs which I didn't realize at the time of purchase. I may invest in a cushion (foam) topping to add a bit of softening but overall, I like the mattress and the quality is outstanding.

Bottom line: it's super comfortable, but sleeps a little hot I tried so many mattresses and even purchased a different brand mattress that felt comfortable in the store, but when I slept on it at home it hurt my hips when I slept on my side, so I returned it. Even a medium or plush mattress felt too firm. Then I tried the ProAdapt Soft and I loved it, but kept looking elsewhere since I hadn't planned to spend that much. After trying many more mattresses, I eventually made the right decision and invested in the ProAdapt Soft. It is so comfortable! I truly love it. I am mostly a side sleeper but with this mattress I don't feel any discomfort on my hips or other pressure points. I had also read that being a lighter-weight female might be why so many other beds felt too firm, because I wasn't really sinking into them. With this mattress, that is not a problem at all. The one thing I don't like about this mattress is that I started sleeping much hotter. It has gotten better as I've gotten used to it and only bothers me sometimes now. That said, if I had the money, I would probably upgrade to one of the cooling models. But I am still extremely happy with my purchase!

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. We bought this mattress to replace a memory foam mattress that we had for almost 10 years. We've had this one almost a year and now I spend most nights on the couch. It is very uncomfortable for my husband and myself. We don't sleep well, we wake up tired and sore. We have the Proadapt soft and it is not soft at all. I'm sorry but we slept better on our cheaper mattress. I can not recommend this mattress especially at the price we paid for it. We are looking for something else to replace it.

The mattress is comfortably soft but firm. The only reason I rated it as less than 5 stars is that it was almost impossible for us to find and copy the serial number so register we could register it. I am 78 years old and had to lift three different corners of the mattress to find the correct label while my wife stuck her head under the mattress and wrote it down. This was very stressful both physically and mentally.

Before we had a regular mattress that caused us both to toss, turn and wake up multiple times through the night. We woke with hio, back and neck pain. One week sleeping on out new Tempurpedic changed all of that. We now wake from a wonderful, uninterrupted night of sleep and feel refreshed and ready to start our day. Oh, we both stopped snoring as well.

This is our second go around with Tempur-Pedic. Our first set was 17 years old and it was time for replacement. Comfort and quality are most important to us and as i would always tell everyone, if someone were to break in and steal anything from my home, they could take everything but my mattress!! We are very satisfied with our new Tempur-Pedic mattress set and wouldn't have purchased another brand. Thank you for our comfortable and uninterrupted sleep!

It's pretty clear that my husband and I LOVE this brand, all around! Before we had decided to buy the ProAdapt Firm mattress, we used one of the first models of the Cloud and enjoyed it for almost ten years. After purchasing the ProAdapt, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the mattress pad and covering provided, and are confident to say that it is worth every penny spent! The Firm hardness is perfect for the both of us and we've had no trouble sleeping since. While in the process of moving house, we had a problem and had to utilize the mattress warranty. The customer strive was very responsive and was quick to replace the product with pickup included. The delivery guys were also very friendly. We would definitely buy from them again.

Not as soft as in the store. But even though it feels hard - there are no aches and pains in the morning. I just like the feeling of snuggling in. I had a tempuredic topper which was soft like heaven. Thought bed would be the same. But again, nicely adjustable and absolutely no pains in the morning.
