This mattress (as well as the pillows) is quite comfortable and we both seem to be sleeping better since this purchase. This is our first experience with an adjustable bed frame and we like it very much. The product(s) also provides some relief for my bad back.

Previously owned a medium Tempurpedic mattress and it sagged in the middle like a hammock which was terrible for my back. Thought that a firmer mattress would be better. Firm mattress is very firm and terrible for the back too, even with the fully adjustable frame.

I absolutely love this bed. It's so comfortable. I went from a very hard bed that I returned to another company so I know there's a work in period but it's still comfortable for me. They came and set it up very quick. I got the Ease base with it and although that didn't work right away within the next week since I worked all week they came out and fixed it.

I sleep best on a firm mattress and this one doesn't disappoint, providing it doesn't break down. I've had mine for nearly 1.5 years and need to make a warranty claim. Every morning, my partner would sit on the edge of the bed while he put on his socks, shoes, etc before work. The firmness has gone and I feel like I have rolled into a hole. Remember the bowling ball mattress where they drop the ball onto the mattress but it doesn't disturb the glass of red wine? This mattress is not like that. I feel every move my partner makes. I wish I had gotten the split mattress! Maybe I wouldn't feel so much movement????

We selected the "firm" as per in store examples and seemed to be okay and comfortable, The mattress that was delivered is as hard as our floor. We added a topper which did not help. After 3 weeks I have finally created a somewhat softer area that I stay within but getting up is more like climbing out! My wife has since moved to the sofa as she has prior back issues. This is the worst excuse for a mattress ever created!

We got this California King sized mattress to replace a waterbed insert mattress that we had kept way past its expiration date! We expected an initial adjustment period. But from the 1st night, it felt great! It fit perfectly inside our waterbed frame, and was the perfect thickness to let us roll out of bed without landing on the hard sideboards of that frame. The only negative thing I can think to say about this mattress is that the "Law Tag" was nowhere I could find. And the website was of absolutely no help in pointing me to the right spot to look for it. That tag has the serial number of the mattress that the online registration process requires. I ended up calling customer support, and they registered my mattress without that S/N. Still, it would be helpful if the online registration function, knowing which mattress you are trying to register, could direct you to EXACTLY where the tag could be found. Another way to be helpful about this would be to encourage retail store delivery staff to show customers this tag so the S/N could be recorded BEFORE this heavy mattress gets put in its "final resting place". P.S. I'm not writing this review because it qualifies me for entry into a monthly prize drawing (Big deal ... I never win anything ;-) I'm writing it, hoping that someone will actually fix the online website as suggested above. While it is no longer an issue for me, it will continue to needlessly frustrate future customers. You're welcome!

I told the sales person that I wanted a MEDIUM FIRM but the bed that arrived was MEDIUM ... turns out to be SOFTER than I wanted. Very nice bed but not what I waned. If there are no beds called MEDIUM FIRM then the salesman should have told me and I would have asked for a FIRM!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is amazing. At first yes the firm style matress was hard as a rock. But given a few weeks it loosened up and has stayed comfortable since. My only complaint is sometimes I do get hot, but I sleep hot normally and it is in the hot summer months now. I should've probably bought the cooling pro adapt mattress but just couldn't move myself to spend the extra grand on that price tag. But I'm happy enough with my mattress so I'm set.

The light really is an asset when getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. The white glove experience on delivery was above my expectations and they followed all safe guidelines surrounding covid. We even got a follow up call from a supervisor to question the delivery. A++

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Slipped disc in my back and compressed vertebrae in my neck- all the drs, chiropractor and physical therapy have been ineffective. The only change came from sleeping on this bed every night. Absolute game changer.
