My wife & I finally replaced our old, old sleep number mattress with the TEMPUR-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid. The coil-layer sounded like what we were looking to strike a balance between too firm and too soft and it was clearly the right choice. I used to wake up in pain due to misalignment, but not anymore! I could go on but you get the idea: it's worth the investment!

Sleeping like a baby with slight elevation at both ends. I was concerned the mattress would be too firm. Sure glad we purchased firm as it works for my wife and my self. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I Still have a memory foam mattress from Tempurpedic that is over 20 years old and still comfortable. These mattresses are built to last and worth every penny. Love my new hybrid mattress.

I tried in store, was very comfortable. When this was delivered much to hard. I gave it 4 weeks. Would awake with back pain. They did pick up mattress but had to pay for foundation. $400. They wanted me to pay for shipping but explained I was having to take a day off work to be home. So they did let me out off shipping charge

This bed has change my sleep quality and set a new standard for what a mattress should feel like. I am very happy with my purchase and tempur pedic has earned one more loyal cutomer for many years to come.

We wanted to try tempur-pedic mattresses after my husband slept on one in his sister's house. We did a lot of research ahead of time and visited showrooms with the products. We chose hybrid because it lessens motion transfer. This product was way softer than we anticipated and after just a few weeks neither of us was sleeping well and both of us woke up with hip, back and knee pain. We sent the mattress back.

This is our 3rd mattress purchase - We bought our first two queen mattresses over 15 years ago and they are still great. Just bought a new home and needed a new mattress - king size. Not enough time to tell you about the AMAZING customer service I got from Hicks when I was placing my order in the middle of a pandemic - but he was THE most helpful, knowledgable, and very nice person I've ever talked to in a professional customer service call - ever! The delivery was held up, understandably, because of the virus, but when it finally was delivered, the delivery men were the best. Professional, friendly and efficient (also, under stress of the pandemic). And, finally, my review of the mattress - couldn't be better. Exactly what we wanted (I have many orthopedic issues from an accident that I had years ago) and just as comfortable as the Tempur-Pedic we have been using for years. This company, employees, and it's product are just the best - will always come back when I need anything sleep related :)

For years I've been tossing and turning at night and then waking achy and sore in the morning. I finally realized the problem could be the firmness of my mattress. By that point I had owned 2 Tempur-pedicure mattresses. So I did my research - again Tempur-pedic was the top choice. I ordered a Pro Adapt firm. What a HUGE difference!! I'm sleeping better than I have in years! every night is a treat. To say I'm happy with my purchase is an understatement. Highly recommend.

This bed has allowed me to sleep on my side again without back pain, which I haven't been able to do for years on my spring mattress. I'm happy with that! The one downside is I probably didn't need the adjustable frame. I bought it because I assumed I'd be on my back and I thought it would be nice to have my legs elevated some. However, now that I can sleep on my side, I sleep with it flat. If I'd have known mattress was so helpful, I would have just gotten mattress with regular frame and saved money.

Unfortunately, tempurpedic does not value customer loyalty or honor their own warranty as my recent warranty request was summarily dismissed without a call or any other outreach than a cold email denying my request to address a failed 6 year old deformed tempurpedic mattress. I choose to do business with firms that honor their warranties and will not be purchasing another product from this company.
