Sitting on side of bed is very uncomfortable and you almost slide off due to lack of support on side of bed which is very disappointing from a "FIRM" mattress. In addition, the mattress slides away from the headboard far enough the pillows fall to ground before stopped by bracket on foot of bed.

After many years of thinking about buying a hybrid mattress, I finally gave in — and I regret not purchasing it sooner. The comfort and sleep relief I get from the TEMPUR‑ProAdapt Medium Hybrid is unbelievable. I’ve only been sleeping on it for less than a week, and I already feel like a new person. The Ease Adjustable Base takes it to another level. The Zero Gravity function is everything I didn’t know I needed. What else could I ask for? Don’t wait — you will not regret this purchase. after having a Open Heart Surgery. I need it a new mattress and after looking at all the brands of mattress for about two weeks everyone recommended the TEMPUR-Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid and also got the Prosmart Base and it was probably the worst decision I have made over price poor quality and it gets very hot when you sleep and uncomfortable not like when is at the showroom. The bed Frame is low quality and lousy speakers with poor sound.

I tried many different kinds of mattresses in the store and nothing came close to the comfort of the tempurpedic mattress. I bounced between different types and just couldn’t find anything better. It’s a life changer for sure. My back and side are not painful any more

We have had it for a week now and I have yet to enjoy a good night's sleep on it. Changing sleep habits take some time so I hop to have a better outcome in the next few weeks. I totally dislike the lighted advertisement on the end of the bed. I hope to find out how to disable it. At this point I am not prepared to give this mattress a thumbs up.

I suffer from sever back and joint pain and sciatica. After a week of sleeping on this bed, I wake virtually pain free. Just some slight stiffness. Before this mattress I would wake up barely able to walk and was so stiff for the first 30-60 minutes of every day. Now that I've had the bed for a month, I wake in less pain every day and feel so rested.

After our bed had been set up and in place by the installers, it was near impossible for us to get to the tag and find the registration number. Why not put it in the front where there is a hanging tag with a QR code to get to the registration page if there’s other tags hanging in the front, it should be somewhere much more accessible such as in that same spot at the zipper area.

We just purchased the Tempur-Pro Adapt Split King after being dissatisfied with the weight of the competing brand (Stearns Foster). This product also has the advantage of being easier to turn over during the night since one of us is a side sleeper. The support feels amazing and we are very pleased with the mattress weight being 20 pounds lighter, much easier in changing the sheets! The store in Troy (Ohio), managed by Laura, did a fabulous job with the entire process. The delivery, exchange and installation was very fast and efficient. Gary and Harley were pleasant, professional and fast! We're looking forward to longer and healthier sleep with greater comfort, resulting in better energy levels. Worst mattress I’ve owned. I thought this mattress was suppose to form around body but it is the hardest and most uncomfortable mattress My husband and I toss and turn all night I complained to tempurpedic and was told to just buy a mattress topper I would not recommend this hybrid medium

Had this mattress for 5 years and it lost its shape creating a dip in the mattress. This caused a loss of back support causing lower back issues. When reached out to Tempur-pedic, while they acknowledged the mattress lost its shape and the dip is clear, they won’t resolve the issue because there is a small speck of stain all the way on the other side of the mattress. It seemed ridiculous at first but quickly realized, these excuses are common if the company itself has no confidence in its product. I would not recommend this product and the cost absolutely not worth it.
