I've wanted to get another Tempurpedic for years. Had to give up my old one that was an original handed down by a family member. So far very happy with this mattress, barely past the break in time.

Comfortable, always a good nights sleep

We bought a Tempurpedic ProAdapt Soft and it has litteraly changed our daily lives. I didn't know how bad my sleep was until we got this matress. Worth every penny!

Quality and Comfort

Mattress gives a lot of support. Very comfortable and have enjoyed it since I got it. Sleep easy and rested. Would never go back to the old mattresses

Very Supportive

I am very happy with this mattress. I have noticed improved spine flexibility and improved sleep quality in the two months I have been sleeping on my Tempurpedic pro-adapt firm mattress.

Awesome Night Sleep

It's a grateful experience every time I lay down on my bed for the night. I have been struggling to sleep through the night but now I am getting a full nights sleep which is a great health benefit

Amazing

I’m extremely disappointed with my Tempur-Pedic bed. I specifically chose this mattress and adjustable base setup because it’s marketed as helping with comfort and sleep issues like sleep apnea, which was a major factor in my decision.

After only four years of use, the mattress has significantly broken down in the middle—right where it’s most affected by being propped up on the adjustable frame. This is especially frustrating because the entire system is designed and promoted to be used this way.

I used the bed exactly as intended, regularly adjusting the base to improve my sleep. Instead of holding up, the mattress has lost its structure and support in a very noticeable way, making it uncomfortable and undermining the very reason I invested in it.

To make matters worse, my warranty claim was denied due to a sweat stain. This makes no sense, as the breakdown is not even in the same area as the stain—it’s in the section where the adjustable frame raises the mattress and where my body weight is concentrated. If the stain were truly the cause, the damage would be in that location, not in a completely different area. It feels like an excuse to avoid honoring the warranty rather than addressing a legitimate product failure.

For a premium product that’s supposed to be durable and supportive—especially for people dealing with sleep issues—this kind of deterioration in such a short time is unacceptable. I expected far better quality and longevity. Based on my experience, I will never buy another product from this company. Don’t waste your money. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND WARRANTY

I received my bed 2 weeks before major hip replacement surgery. I live alone and because I was able to lift my self to a position where I could get off the bed by myself, I was able to recover from this surgery without having to go to Nursing facility. Due to COVID I did not want to leave my home. I am recovering very well alone at home and sleeping very comfortable because of the Tempur-ProAdapt Medium bed. I wish the height of the bed frame could be adjusted down about 1 inch so I didn't have to use a step stool. I am only 5"0 tall.
