in my simple opinion, the bed is fine I don't know if the bed I chose is very hard but since I bought the bed I haven't been able to sleep a whole night what I sleep is like four or five hours as I said before maybe I chose the very firm bed I thought that by buying this bed I would rest more but it is not like that always when I get up in the morning I get up with back pain I will try to see if I can exchange and then update this review

Before I got this bed, I woke up several times an hour every hour. Now I sleep soundly through the night. I have terrible back pain, which was our primary reason for buying this bed. When I lay on my bed, my back pain is gone! Best bed I have ever bought.

After struggling to sleep through the night for the past few years due to hot flashes and restlessness from hip & back pain, we decided to invest in the Tempur-ProAdapt cooling bed and it was worth it! I have been sleeping through the night for the first time in over a year. No more waking up hot and the Zero G feature has changed our sleep pattern so much, no more tossing and turning or pain in our backs & hips.
