We got the firm split king with adjustable base based on recommendations of back dr and Physical therapist. It felt great in the store ( after hundreds had tried it out) and I was warned it would take some time to break in, so I'm trying to be patient. It is getting better and I have high hopes. The two big problems is the bottom sheet constantly pulling out and never being really tight while sleeping. The second is making the bed! It's near impossible to make it tight . The corners stay put but the middle never stays that way. I added a very good mattress pad and it helps some. I have ordered QuickZip sheets because changing the sheets weekly is just way to difficult as we are older. Hopefully that will make a big difference and waiting for the shipment to arrive. I'm looking forward to the bed getting more comfortable.

I've slept on a tempur-pedic before and experienced a good nights rest, so I decided to purchase the hybrid mattress and I am amazed how my body feels every morning. I have no sore body joints and feel fully rested every morning, I am surprised this mattress made a such a significant change in my sleep and body comfort. I recommenced this mattress to a co-worker who purchased a similar tempur-pedic and he has relayed the same results to me. Great product.

We had tried standard box spring mattresses, Sleep Number, and a firm mattress with a pillow top. None were as adaptable and supportive to our contours as this Tempurpedic. We picked up the pillows when we purchased the mattress while waiting for mattress delivery, and they are a definite 10 as well.

This is a completely different and improved experience for us. I sleep on my back with wrist braces on and rarely turn side to side. I was having back pain each morning and would awaken early due to how uncomfortable the mattress was. We decided to finally bite the bullet and buy a new mattress. When shopping we came across many hybrids but when they told us that tempur-pedic was the brand recommended by doctors for people with back problems I was sold. Why not get the mattress I might need in the years to come anyway- its like wearing orthotics in your your shoes. We went for the hybrid model to have a little more structure to the mattress but got the more expensive version of the model we were looking at to get the few more inches of foam and I think it was worth it. Hopefully it may make our mattress comfortable for longer (that is our hope). I no longer wake up multiple times a night due to back pain or hearing the springs move and make noises when my husband tosses and turns. We both sleep much better. I no longer look forward to taking trips and having to sleep on a different mattress, because now I love mine and I know that nothing will match it when we travel. It's actually a great feeling to know that your best sleep is the sleep you have at home a majority of the time. I do recommend the 5'' bed base, the 9'' was too high and we would have needed a stool to get into bed. I really wanted a 7'' which is my one recommendation to temper-pedic but the 5'' feels natural for us when getting in and out of bed for people our height (5'6"-5'10"). We have had the mattress for 4-5 months now. We would definitely buy it again.

The mattress and frame are of great quality and very comfortable. The very difficult part is in getting our mattress and frame registered with tempurpedic. A serial number is required. Your chat line told us the serial number is on a tag found under the mattress cover. We remove all bedding and mattress cover all the way - no tag. We finally found the tag pressed under the mattress between the bottom of the mattress and frame. When you are elderly, this is a very difficult task. Now to register the bed frame. I'm a little worried about finding the serial number for our frame. It would be most helpful if you consider your elderly customers in the future. Maybe have the serial number printed on the receipt or place the tag in an easier location.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is the most comfortable mattress ever, it took about a week to adjust but pains are gone. I feel rested. The only issue is that it dies run o the warm side. I find myself uncovered or just covered with a quilt. Pricing is a bit high.

After struggling to sleep through the night for the past few years due to hot flashes and restlessness from hip & back pain, we decided to invest in the Tempur-ProAdapt cooling bed and it was worth it! I have been sleeping through the night for the first time in over a year. No more waking up hot and the Zero G feature has changed our sleep pattern so much, no more tossing and turning or pain in our backs & hips. We wake up each morning amazed at the amount of uninterrupted sleep we are getting! I had almost lost hope on a good nights sleep but I am glad we decided to invest in this bed. Highly recommended!

We are enjoying our mattress. It is firm and offers good support. We're sleeping better on it and our backs are much happier. It does not quite bend the way we expected with the adjustable base, it more raises up at an angle. But we are very happy with the support that it offers.

I purchased the Tempur-Pedic Model 10737150M mattress from Ashley Furniture in New Rochelle, NY, on June 8, 2024. I received the mattress in the first week of July but was traveling for the summer. Once I started using it, I gradually began experiencing severe back pain. By October, my back was so inflamed that I had to reach out to Ashley Furniture for assistance. To my surprise, I was informed that I had no warranty because I had bought the mattress as an "as-is" floor model. I explained that I didn't know they were selling defective products and that they should stand behind the items they sell, especially when it comes to something as expensive as a Tempur-Pedic mattress. They then told me to contact Tempur-Pedic directly if I believed the mattress was defective. However, despite multiple attempts to get in touch with Tempur-Pedic, I received no response. Now, I wake up in excruciating pain every morning, and I'm also experiencing significant discomfort in the middle of the night. I can only sleep on my back, and even then, the sleep I get is minimal. The mattress feels much too soft for a medium Tempur-Pedic, and I am in constant pain when sitting on it for any period of time. For context, I've had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for over 10 years without any issues, so I know how they should feel. This has been an absolutely horrible experience, and I feel like I've wasted my money. I will never purchase another Tempur-Pedic mattress again and strongly advise others to be cautious when considering a purchase. The pain and frustration I've experienced have made this an incredibly disappointing investment.

I have always struggled to find a comfortable mattress as a side and stomach sleeper who has back and hip issues. With my previous mattress, I would wake up each morning with aches and pains, particularly in my lower back and hips. I have slept on this Tempur-Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid for several nights now and I have been shocked by how refreshed I have been feeling in the morning. My back is feeling much better throughout the day and I've not had to take any pain relief medication since switching to this mattress. I really like the combination of both coils and the TEMPUR material. I feel like it really does adapt to my body to relieve pressure in all the right places to help alleviate that pain I was feeling. I also have noticed that I don't get as hot at night, which I think is due to the "cooling technology" in the outer layer (which I have learned is removable and machine washable!!) My husband has also mentioned that my snoring has improved and I'm not tossing and turning all night long like "a fish out of water" in his words. He has loved the improvement in his sleep as well. Overall, I am a huge fan of this mattress and planning to now purchase one for my mother who has similar sleep issues as I suffered from. I will be sure to update my review in a few months and also share my mom's experience.
