I purchased the Tempur-Pedic Model 10737150M mattress from Ashley Furniture in New Rochelle, NY, on June 8, 2024. I received the mattress in the first week of July but was traveling for the summer. Once I started using it, I gradually began experiencing severe back pain. By October, my back was so inflamed that I had to reach out to Ashley Furniture for assistance. To my surprise, I was informed that I had no warranty because I had bought the mattress as an "as-is" floor model. I explained that I didn't know they were selling defective products and that they should stand behind the items they sell, especially when it comes to something as expensive as a Tempur-Pedic mattress. They then told me to contact Tempur-Pedic directly if I believed the mattress was defective. However, despite multiple attempts to get in touch with Tempur-Pedic, I received no response. Now, I wake up in excruciating pain every morning, and I'm also experiencing significant discomfort in the middle of the night. I can only sleep on my back, and even then, the sleep I get is minimal. The mattress feels much too soft for a medium Tempur-Pedic, and I am in constant pain when sitting on it for any period of time. For context, I've had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for over 10 years without any issues, so I know how they should feel. This has been an absolutely horrible experience, and I feel like I've wasted my money. I will never purchase another Tempur-Pedic mattress again and strongly advise others to be cautious when considering a purchase. The pain and frustration I've experienced have made this an incredibly disappointing investment.

This is a firm mattress. My husband was ready to return next day. He is a big man so this was a computerized fit for him. I reminded him you have to give it an adjusting period. In the past he has had pain. I have not heard any complaints about his hip or back. I am able to sleep peacefully without him waking me through out the night. Max our salesman took time with us and answered our questions. He was knowledgeable about the products he sells.

I love this bed and the adjustable base. I sleep better than I did with my old bed. I am less sore when I wake up most mornings now. I would definitely recommend this bed to anyone. The mattress protector, that I HAD to purchase however, was a complete waste of money. It does not keep you cooler at all like it claims it's supposed too and the fitted sheet slides all over on it because it is way too slippery. It's also nonrefundable, which I think is ridicules since it was not cheap. I would only give this a 1 out of 5 stars. I would give the ProAdapt Medium Hybrid 5 out of 5 stars.

Bed is pretty hard and then it sinks in at all pressure points and it's hard to crawl out of the holes. The sheets always pull off during the night. I always wake up with a back that is hurting and this is why I bought it to start with. I am hoping it gets better with age? Can't sit on the edge of the mattress without sliding off of it.

I've tried several different beds in the past and decided to give Tempur-Pedic a try and let me just say that they did not disappoint. I splurged and bought myself the king medium hybrid and have been sleeping through the night. Usually I toss and turn but this thing is so comfortable. I don't get back pain and when I workout hard and have sore muscles it's comforting to get to just lay on it and know I'll be getting a good nights sleep. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Tempur Pedic Pro Adapt back in February. I absolutely love this mattress. I have a herniated disc in my back and my old mattress of 22 years left me feeling like it was hit by a Mack truck when I woke up in the mornings, if I slept at all. I bought and adjustable bed base also and it was the best decision I made in years. From day one my back stopped hurting when I slept and I could feel the pressure being relieved from my spine. Sometimes when I get home from work I lay down for and hour just so my back will fill better, I never did this before I bought this mattress. I can sleep all night without pain for the first time in years. LOVE this Mattress

Purchased the split cal king and works well as my husband adjusts his side very often whereas I don't. Easier than I thought to change the sheets. Going from a queen bed to cal king also made the difference. Customer service and sales person very helpful and kind.

This is my second Tempurpedic mattress - the first one I had was a Queen size Tempur cloud, medium firmness, and I replaced it with this mattress after 10 years, because I wanted a King size bed. Upon first use - the Pro-Adapt seemed softer than my Cloud was, so i was skeptical and debating if a "firm" mattress would have been a better call. However, I had been starting to get sciatica on one side, and now that I've been sleeping on this mattress for about 5 weeks the sciatica is basically gone and I haven't made any other changes to my lifestyle. I can't tell if the hybrid mattress is more firm on the sides or not, I got the hybrid after reading reviews that say Hybrid mattresses last longer than mattresses that are all memory foam. Since these mattresses come with a hefty price tag I wanted to try and get as many years out of it as I can. Also important to note, the mattress itself is really heavy, which makes tucking sheets in under the sides a little challenging, and if you live alone (like I do), I wouldn't expect to be moving it around by yourself, like if you were changing bed frames or furniture. All that said, I really like this mattress - the white glove delivery service was great, the new style of zip off mattress cover is much easier to taken off/put on than the old style, and this mattress doesn't keep me as hot as my cloud did, presumably from the cooling cover.

Tempurpedic mattresses are always very comfortable and allow you to sleep all night - but the lack of a spring response in a typical Tempurpedic can make getting in and out of the bed - and undertaking any other activities that are better with a little bounce - somewhat tedious. However, the ProAdapt solves those issues - while maintaining the comfort of sleeping on a Tempurpedic, when you're sleeping.... I got the new adjustable base too and love it - the Zero Gravity setting is amazing. Note that the foot of the bed is up really high when you're in this position - like literally 4 feet off the ground - which is fine for the person in the bed but I can't imagine somebody else or a pet trying to join you or depart - instructions state that the bed should be flat when you get in and out of it so that shouldn't be an issue.

I woke up with no pain and there for no headache for the first time in a long time. I slept so comfy and did not sleep hot like I did on my other bed either!! The delivery team were professional and quick. And cleaned up after themselves as well!! BEST NIGHT SLEEP IVE GOTTEN IN YEARS!!
