This rug is super soft. While it doesn’t have a high pile, it feels plush. It is a bit slick so, use caution. To be washable, this rug is hefty. I have an industrial washing machine but this 9x12 rug I fear is too heavy for my machine. All in all, definitely seems like it will hold up for quite a while.

This is a beautiful washable rug! I cannot believe how soft it is. I plan to put a thick rug pad over it to make it seem more traditional rug like. I appreciate that it is washable a tremendous amount. The colors in it are beautiful and will go with many different style types.

Although I love the soft texture of the surface, the rug is quite thin. Vacuuming is more difficult than most rugs as the material is easy to get sucked into roller, clogging the vac. I like the idea of the wash ability factor but I’d not likely buy this again.

This beautiful indoor rug is perfect for our living room! It’s very soft and comfortable to walk on. Already had one puppy mess to clean up and it cleaned so easily! No stain at all! I haven’t tried washing it yet, but it’s well put together so I see no problem washing it in an oversized machine. I definitely recommend this beautiful rug!

I absolutely love this rug. It’s not too bulky and not too thin. It came neatly folded instead of being rolled up, and yet it was easy to unfold and place on the floor. Once it was laid out, it smoothed out perfectly. The top layer was so soft to touch with my family’s hands and feet. We were all just in awe. And it passed the vacuum test! It was thinner than the average rug but it met all expectations of one.

This is such a great rug! Its a great price for the size, and being washable is a huge bonus for a household with 3 boys and dogs. I havent washed it yet but it feels very flexible so im sure it will wash fine. It doesnt move around, the non skid backing works great, and its thin so it goes under furniture easily. Its also super soft feeling. I wish I could buy a smaller size for another area in my home that could use a rug

When this rug arrived I was pleasantly surprised by how light it was to be this big. It was packaged well however the plastic clips that keep it rolled up have to be cut very carefully to avoid cutting into the rug fibers (having a helper is great for that part) but otherwise getting it put in place was a breeze for one person. The pattern and color are exactly as pictured online and this looks fantastic in the living room. I was also amazed by how plush and cushiony this rug feels in spite of being relatively thin and light. Another huge plus is that the backing is soft and will not harm hardwood floors -- and it stays where you put it! I haven't had to wash this yet but seems like it will be very easy to do. I really love this rug and plan to get a matching runner for the hallway.

I just placed this rug in my living room and it looks beautiful! The colors are vibrant and go perfectly with my new furniture, and the size is exactly what I needed. I like that it’s a thinner rug because it lays flat and feels nice underfoot. One of my favorite features is that it’s machine washable — it gives me peace of mind since I have pets and know it will be easy to keep clean. I haven’t washed it yet, but the quality feels great. I love the feel of the rug, however, you can not vacuum over the rug and that’s a bummer. I have a dyson and it just sucks it up into the machine. And it’s too heavy to put into my washing machine so I will have to take it to a laundromat (this is ok, it just didn’t cross my mind before I purchased) and I’m scared because I don’t know how it will hold up. Other than that, it’s great!
