[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Medium Hybrid, with its 12" queen size, provides a luxurious feel and targeted support. The combination of TEMPUR material and premium spring coils brings comfort, pressure relief, and reinforcement-a true blessing after a long day of work and a lengthy drive home. The pressure-relieving foam provides soothing support to my back problem. What I appreciate most is the breathable material and SmartClimate Cover System, ensuring I stay cool throughout the night. Waking up feeling hot and uncomfortable was a major issue for me before, but not with this mattress. Additionally, its removable and washable cover makes it super easy to keep clean. It's currently a little firmer than medium, but I understand that it needs to 'break in' to my body and will hopefully soften over time to its true feel and provide the perfect balance of support and plushness for an even more restful night's sleep. Product is different than any mattress ever slept on. Probably would choose medium rather than firm next time. Is taking some time to adjust to my body, but totally love that you sleep ON this mattress and not IN it. I think this mattress will still provide a comfortable night's sleep years from now as opposed to getting less and less comfortable like other mattresses. Would recommend this mattress to anyone buying a new one, but need to understand the first few weeks your body is adjusting to a different sleep experience.

We received this bed as our previous Tempurpedic Contour Elite which was only 2 1/2 years old was defective and after trying the new Pro Adapt soft mattress a few nights we tried to exchange it for a Pro Adapt Medium mattress and were told we could not after we were given the run around. so we got rid of it. Ten nights of very uncomfortable rest was all we could take. We have been exclusively Tempurpedic customers since our first mattress in 2002 and have owned three mattress since but will not purchase again.

As I approach middle-age I find a comfortable bed to be more and more important. I've had a sleep number bed with a 4 inch memory foam mattress for about the last eight years. Lately it was losing inflation and I had back pain after a nights sleep. I didn't think I could find something more comfortable, but I was wrong. This bed doesn't sleep hot. And I'm happy that I was able to find a soft mattress. The only complaint I have really, is that there aren't more soft mattress options among the Tempurpedic products.

My sleep has improved drastically and we are now upgrading everyone in the house to the Tempur-Pedic experience.

I have been a Tempur- Pedic customer since 2005. I strongly believe that Tempur - Pedic has the best products in the world. The mattress is firm and gives me great support and comfort. I am especially pleased with my sale rep, Sydney Blankenship. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to and was able to address all of my concerns. Sydney gets my vote for employee of the month.

With my old mattress I woke up with a back ache everyday. I purchased the Pro-Adept along with an adjustable base and I sleep usually around 5 hrs undisturbed and no more backache! I never slept more that 2 hrs at a time at the maximum before I was up walking around. I feel so rested now obviously I don't need as much sleep as others because before with such broken sleep I was always tired.

With our old mattress, we both felt like we were falling out of bed even when we were not close to the edge. My husband falls asleep immediately. He and I both seem to be more rested and having done nothing different than buy the new mattress, I have to attribute this to our purchase. Both of us seem to complain less about aches and pains. I attribute that to this very firm and supportive mattress that we are sleeping on. Was hesitant because it is an investment, but it is looking like this investment is going to pay off!

The warranty process is too difficult. Having to lift mattress take pictures etc is ridiculous. Our bed was put in protective cover sheets spread and had to strip. I'm 87 years old and had to get help to come to my home just to register. Called to register on phone. I was informed not an option. Ridiculous

My wife Loves the new be as for me I wish there was a middle ground between softer bed and this medium hybrid. I really like a little more of that feeling of a sinking in. If you are a HOT sleeper all the fancy sheets, Hybrid technology does not totally resolve the heat problem. It is Cool when getting in bed and if when you do get hot you just have to move to cool of for a short period of time. Talking to others all the new memory foam beds have this issue with heat no matter how many fancy features they add. Quality wise this bed is made to last
