After sleeping on my new Tempur‑Ergo Smart Base paired with the ProAdapt Medium Hybrid King Mattress, my back pain has completely disappeared. I noticed the difference immediately. The mattress has the perfect balance of support and comfort, and the adjustable base lets me fine‑tune my sleep position for maximum relief. I've tried several mattresses over the years, but nothing has compared to this combination. I'm waking up feeling rested, supported, and pain‑free for the first time in a long time. It has taken a few weeks since I purchased the Tempur-Pedic mattress and I am beginning to feel the effects of the new mattress as it adjust to the contours of my body. I still wake during the night with neuropathic pain but it seems to be lessening each night. Hopefully, I will continue to feel less pain as I continue to sleep on my new ProAdapt 12" Medium Hybrid mattress. I feel confident that I will feel much better as I continue sleeping on this excellent mattress. I will let you know how it works out for me. By the way, your sales people are outstanding.

Do not trust all of the 5 star reviews. We ordered the tempur-pedic pro adapt adjustable bed split-king on Nov 28 2025 and have not received it despite being charged in full at the time of order $4,900. Sam's help center has been ineffective mostly because you have to speak with call centers in India and the Phillipines. Despite being elevated to corporate and given an incident report more than once, it is now Mar 3 2026 and still no hope it getting the product we paid for. Sam's Synchrony CC only gives a partial credit for disputes and clearly doesn't have any connection to Sam's order status. On January 12, they delivered a TwinXL and removed our King mattress making our master bed extremely difficult to share (impossible of course). Good luck if you order this product. We have been Sam's club business members for decades which doesn't matter. we have given Sam's due diligence to help resolve this incident with no results

after having a Open Heart Surgery. I need it a new mattress and after looking at all the brands of mattress for about two weeks everyone recommended the TEMPUR-Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid and also got the Prosmart Base and it was probably the worst decision I have made over price poor quality and it gets very hot when you sleep and uncomfortable not like when is at the showroom. The bed Frame is low quality and lousy speakers with poor sound.

Being a curvy person, I chose the ProAdapt 2.0 Soft Double - This bed is NOT soft at all, it does not give as other soft mattresses do, and I have more back pain and discomfort than I did with my old conventional mattress. The mattress is hot and not comfortable at all.

I had a 21 yr old SEALY POSTURPEDIC and NEEDED a new mattress ! I went with Tempur Pro Adapt FIRM as it was similar to my old mattress with NO SPRINGS! I have a BAD back and can not USE any SPRING BED! I LOVE IT! BUT WHY is it SO EXPENSIVE - NOT a lot people can afford this nice bed! SAD!

Had this mattress for 5 years and it lost its shape creating a dip in the mattress. This caused a loss of back support causing lower back issues. When reached out to Tempur-pedic, while they acknowledged the mattress lost its shape and the dip is clear, they won't resolve the issue because there is a small speck of stain all the way on the other side of the mattress. It seemed ridiculous at first but quickly realized, these excuses are common if the company itself has no confidence in its product. I would not recommend this product and the cost absolutely not worth it.

We have had a king Tempurpedic for years, 10+. Best investment we did. Now we changed to Two King XL Tempurpedic beds. With all the choices out there, we stayed with Tempurpedic. Comfort is important to us. They took our old mattress and honored our warranty from it.

After many years of thinking about buying a hybrid mattress, I finally gave in — and I regret not purchasing it sooner. The comfort and sleep relief I get from the TEMPUR‑ProAdapt Medium Hybrid is unbelievable. I've only been sleeping on it for less than a week, and I already feel like a new person. The Ease Adjustable Base takes it to another level. The Zero Gravity function is everything I didn't know I needed. What else could I ask for? Don't wait — you will not regret this purchase. Dreams really do come true in this bed!

I guess time will tell but, so far, this is the best mattress I have owned and with a 60 month not interest deal, is a no brainer. Feels like I finally hit the jackpot here and hope it stays for many years to come. The firmness is exactly what I was looking for, and the ability to move without disturbing my partner makes it even better.
