This is the first new bed my husband has every slept on. He is almost 50 years old and has only had hand me down or used mattresses his whole life. I finally convinced him to slurge on a new bed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Tempur Pro-Adapt, Medium Hybrid. I have never owned a mattress with such support. You can really feel the difference in quality with this mattress then compared to others at a department store. The mattress itself is HEAVY to cary, but that just goes to show how much goes into this mattress to alow us to sleep comfortably. I am a side sleeper and normally I cannot sleep on my back. However, with this Tempur mattress I am able to sleep in ANY position, even on my stomach. My boyfriend has back pain often and not just one spot. Ever since I bought this mattress he has not complained about back pain since. It has been months since I purchased this mattress and I am so glad that I did. If you want to invest your money in a great product that will last you years, this is it.

I've been sleeping on my Tempur for over 5 months now and I couldn't be happier. I get better sleep at any time of the day or night, even if it's just a nap. I would never replace a TempurPedic mattress for another mattress manufacturer. I love everything about it, specially with the function of the adjustable base, my life is so much better now. I have been sleeping on this bed for a couple weeks now and it has been some of the best sleep I have had in a long time. This bed is amazing. I like a very firm bed and it is quite firm but it also has some give and conforms to your body. I like that it doesn't make me hot at night so I sleep comfortably.

We got our new mattress almost a month ago and from the first night the sleep has been amazing! I was having back issues from sleeping on a very hard foam mattress. Those issues are now gone and according to my fitness tracker I get more deep sleep every night. I also move less. My husband's snoring has not been an issue since the new mattress either. Totally worth the money!

I have slept on a mattress for about six years that I have completely hated. So when choosing this mattress I wanted to be careful. It is always hard in a show room to know if a mattress will be comfortable all night, every night. I am still trying to figure correct adjustments and that could be why. I do like that we have the option to trade if we are not satisfied. We chose the medium because I was having problems with our last mattress causing pain because it was too firm. Maybe we will end up trding to the soft.

We gave it some time to break in and now the both of us love this bed! It gives us both the support and comfort we are looking for.

The mattress was okay but very foamy, such that if you roll around during the night, you will be working with the initial impression that your body left. Also, I have a bad lower back and found it didn't provide enough support (I'm 5'4", 113lbs). I did get the ergo base and love that. The only way to improve that would be to have a timer set so that after falling asleep it would revert to the regular position.
