Useful and Interesting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my ring for a few months now and I've already recommended it to multiple friends. It has encouraged me to move more, get more steps daily and increase my sun exposure. The period tracking is very reliable as well. The ring has been able to detect trends and sleep patterns that I never would've discovered otherwise which has allowed me to totally change my nighttime routine to improve my sleep. I've been a big fan so far!

Great quality and accessibility!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this ring almost 5 months ago, and could not recommend it more! The app is easy to navigate and has all of your data laid out in an easily-digestible format. I have worn this ring in the pool and during workouts and it had withstood all climates and activities. I use it during Hotworx and Corepower classes and it does not bother me when I use weights.

Don’t use it as much

I bought this in March I believe, and I really enjoyed it at first, but once I got an idea of what my results were going to be, I ended up not checking them any more. I don’t find the battery lasts that long, maybe a day and half to two days. I do get compliments on the way it looks, but as for a smart ring, I tend to lean more towards using my smart watch.

Gamify life for good. Long term impact.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a light weight design, hence really effortless, sometimes I tend to forget it's even there... I was never into fitness earlier, but the intuitive features have made habit tracking a bit fun for me. I tend to check my sleep every morning and improve the score, like my life has been gamified but for good...

Really good, but..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my ring approx. 2 months ago. Pros: I really like the design, it's pretty nice and comfy. The user interface is good enough, I can find everything I want easily. The extensions aka. powerplugs are great additions, not to mention most of them are free of charge. My favorite is the circadian rythm tracker, and the smart alarm is also very useful. Built-in breathworks are nice, also free. Exercise tracking is I think as good as you can expect from a ring, plus there are lots of built-in training types. Sleep metrics I cannot compare with other devices or measurements, so I have to rely on what I see in the app, but I feel like they are rather accurate, at least the quantities for sure. Cons: I really wanted to like this ring and I am liking it, but I have to be honest: sadly I'm currently waiting on my third replacement ring. The first stopped charging after a few weeks, the second had a similar problem, but then after a day of trying it did charge up, but then the sleep metrics were gone. The latter was probably a software issue since the metrics during a breathwork session worked, and the sensor diagnosis stated that everything is fine. Regardless of what the actual problem was, it couldn't be used like that. Both lasted for a month, roughly. I only can hope that I will be luckier with the third. If it is really just about luck..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a woman over 50, I find the Ring AIR to be an extremely useful tool for monitoring my health. It provides accurate data on sleep, heart rate, physical activity, and calories burned, helping me better understand my body’s needs and respond accordingly. I also plan to use it as support in my weight management journey, and I believe it will play an important role in that regard. Based on my personal experience so far, I confidently recommend the Ring AIR to women who want to keep their health under control in a simple, reliable, and elegant way.

Best Sleep Thanks to my Ultrahuman air ring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring AIR for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s sleek, lightweight (you forget you’re even wearing it), and packed with features that offer deep insights into both fitness and recovery. What I love: Form Factor: The ring design is a huge win. It's more subtle than a smartwatch and comfortable enough to wear 24/7—even while sleeping or working out. Sleep and Recovery Insights: The recovery score and sleep tracking are incredibly accurate. It not only tells me how long I slept, but how restorative that sleep was, which helps guide how hard I should push myself the next day. Metabolic Health Tracking: Paired with the Ultrahuman app, the AIR ring gives great context around glucose variability and how your body responds to food, movement, and rest—especially if you're also using their M1 glucose monitor. Battery Life: Lasts around 4-6 days on a single charge. The charging case is also very convenient. Could be better: No live heart rate: It tracks HRV and resting heart rate well, but doesn’t give live heart rate data like some fitness trackers. Size availability: Sizing can be a bit tricky, so make sure to try the sizing kit before ordering your actual ring. Still evolving: Some features are still in beta or rolling out slowly. But the updates so far have been meaningful. Final Thoughts: The Ultrahuman Ring AIR feels like the future of health optimization. If you're into biohacking, performance training, or just want to better understand your body’s rhythms, it’s absolutely worth considering. It’s not just about data—it’s about making smarter daily decisions. Highly recommended.

Helped me fix my sleep after a year of struggling!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m 33, and for the past year, I’ve had a really tough time with sleep. I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea and kept waking up feeling unrested no matter how early I went to bed. It started affecting my energy, focus, and mood. I didn’t want to rely on machines or meds long-term, so I decided to try the Ultrahuman Ring AIR - and honestly, it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The sleep tracking is super detailed. It helped me understand exactly how much deep vs light sleep I was getting, what my recovery looked like, and how different habits affected my rest. I could see patterns I hadn’t noticed before, like how late-night screen time or eating too close to bed made things worse. One thing I really love is that there’s no subscription - you get all the insights right away, without any monthly fees. The app is clean, the ring is super light (I wear it all day and night), and the battery lasts for several days at a time. I’ve made small changes to my routine based on what the ring showed me, and I’ve genuinely seen a difference. I wake up feeling clearer, and I can tell my body is recovering better. I know sleep can be a personal and frustrating journey, but this little ring gave me back some control. Highly recommend it if you’re trying to take sleep and recovery seriously, especially if you’ve struggled like I have!

Smart ring that’s sleek and accurate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wearing the Ultrahuman Ring AIR for a while now and I’m really enjoying it. It’s comfortable to wear and although it takes some persuasion to get on and off, it feels secure once it’s on. The green light flashing when it’s measuring my heart rate is a cool reminder of how much tech is packed into such a small ring. Battery life is solid too – I only need to charge it about once a week and it’s fully topped up in an hour or two. The sleep tracking feels accurate and has made me appreciate the quality of my sleep rather than just how many hours I get. It doesn’t always agree with my Fitbit or Pixel Watch but the insights and notifications like “something kept you up” or “was it hot in your bedroom” have been surprisingly helpful. The app is extensive and it’s great that all the features are included with no subscription. I’ve only scratched the surface so far but for anyone into health tracking this is a really capable and sleek device.
