It’s also really fun to look at the insight for my sleep and be able tot reflect how certain habits impact my sleep more than I thought. I’m pleasantly surprised at how accurate the ring is at tracking my time of the month, especially as it’s all over the place.

The insights you get when you are tired, not sleeping good, or even not feeling well. This ring helps you understand why you may feel the way you do and gives you hints and tips on how to combat it and do/feel better.

What I am not really satisfied with is the physical aspects of the ring. Its really chunky and it leaves marks on fingers after wearing it for too long. I have to change the ring from one hand to other every day.

I was seriously considering one of Ultra Human’s competitors but a friend of mine gifted this to me and said it would change my life. I can happily say that is has. I’m sleeping better, exercising more, and eating right. The ring motivates me just enough to keep going and I can’t be without it. I was concerned about analysis paralysis and if I could sleep with the ring on my finger at night but I can gladly say that both were worries that I didn’t need to have.

The ring is very light and I got used to it right away and as a sleep tracker it is great for me. I use the ring all day and check the app regularly. It has helped me a lot to improve my habits. I like it. I can recommend it to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Basically, I've replaced my smartwatch with the Ultrahuman ring. I only use the watch now during workouts when I want a timer / screen to track my workout, as I'm not interested in notifications and such pestering me and only used the watch for health features. Everything I need can be done by the ring, and some of those are done much better than any watch I've used in the past. For example, the sleep tracking is really good, with great detection of begin and end. I also like how it feels like the ring is actually actively maintained, with features coming out every now and then.

I love waking up to see my statistics and then checking throughout the day to see how I can improve. I use my ring mostly for step count and all things heart, sleep, and cardio health. The ring is also very stylish and I get complements and questions frequently about its use. It brings me a real sense of peace to have these features and truly be in touch with my health on the daily!

All the stats have nice widgets, finally I can track my coffee intake (previously it was so chaotic). I feel a loooooot better. Waiting for the weight loss feature. My wife gotta Oura, so we can compare. And I'm super happy I picked Ultrahuman. Everything goes really good so far. I had a minor scratch though, probably from a cat. But other than that, I'd definitely buy another one, when this one is dead.
