Grilled these for luncheon at my son’s company & the gang loved them! They grilled wonderfully & they tasted fantastic!

Smoked two hours till 180 degs… had a nice smoke ring & tasted great. Those left over froze and cut up using in spaghetti sause over noodles!

The brats sausage was very good. It was cooked on a grill outside. It was very juicy. I would recommend it.

These are the saltiest brats I've ever eaten. It was the only flavor. We have some left, so next time I'll try soaking them in water first to leach some of the salt out before cooking. Might be good for people who like brew brats.
